Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa profilowa drzwi przesuwnych, stosowana jako element konstrukcyjny, a jednoczesnie jako element wykonczeniowy i zdobniczy drzwi przesuwnych. Listwa znajduje zastosowanie jako uchwyt mocowany na krawedziach drzwi, szczególnie fornirowa- nych i laminowanych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, cechy linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielo- krotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - prezentuje li- stwe w widoku perspektywicznym, natomiast fig. 2 - uwidacznia listwe w przekroju poprzecznym. Listwa profilowa drzwi przesuwnych, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wykonana, korzystnie z metalu i pokryta warstwa ochronna. Kolor warstwy ochronnej jest dobierany dowolnie, w zaleznosci od indywidualnych potrzeb i gustu uzytkownika. Ramiona 1 i 2 dolegaja do wzdluznej scianki 3, w pewnym oddaleniu od jej zewnetrznych krawedzi. Poprzeczne ramiona 1 i 2 maja na kon- cach uskoki 10 i 10'. Na przedluzeniu uskoku 10' dolega do niego lukowo wyprofilowana scianka 11, laczaca sie wierzcholkowo z lukowo uksztaltowana scianka 12. Scianka 12, której poczatek stanowi lukowo wygiety odcinek 13 na przedluzeniu odcinka 6, przebiega nad poprzecznym ramieniem 1. The strip is used as a handle mounted on the edges of doors, particularly veneered and laminated ones. The essence of the design is the new and unique character of the product, given to it by the shape, line features, contours, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the strip in perspective, while Fig. 2 shows the strip in cross-section. The sliding door profile strip, according to the industrial design, is preferably made of metal and covered with a protective layer. The color of the protective layer is freely selected, depending on the individual needs and taste of the user. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, include that the cross-section of the sliding door profile strip is formed by transverse arms 1 and 2 arranged one above the other, connected by a longitudinal wall 3, situated parallel to them. Wall 3, together with the parallel wall 4, and sections 5 and 6, form a closed circuit. Between arms 1 and 2 there is a socket 7 with the outline of the letter "C", and on its opposite side, between sections 6' and 7' bent inwards, there is a recess 8 for an inserted, fender brush. In the middle of the recess 8 there is a slot 9, marking the location of a hole for the screw fastening the profile strip. In the upper and lower surfaces of the transverse arms 1 and 2, on the inner side of the socket 7, serrations are made, forming grooves 14, extending along the entire length of the profile strip. Arms 1 and 2 abut the longitudinal wall 3, at a certain distance from its outer edges. Transverse arms 1 and 2 have offsets 10 and 10' at their ends. In the extension of the fault 10', it is adjoined by an arc-shaped wall 11, which connects at its apex with an arc-shaped wall 12. Wall 12, the beginning of which is an arc-shaped section 13 in the extension of section 6, runs over the transverse arm 1.
