Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szyba skrzydla drzwiowego posiadajaca na swej powierzchni abstrakcyjne ozdobne motywy dekoracyjne, wykonane na szkle lub innym tworzywie przezroczystym, korzystnie metoda wytrawiania, malowania lub wytlaczania. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego waskim prostokatnym ksztalcie i abstrakcyjnym ukladzie linii i pasków tworzacych motywy dekoracyjne znajdujace sie na powierzchni tej szyby i posiadajace kolor kontrastujacy z jej tlem przezroczystym. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane tej szyby posiadajaca na swej powierzchni abstrakcyjny motyw dekoracyjny w kolorze szarym, utworzony z pionowo usytuowanych lukowych pasków, której górny koniec stanowia elementy spiralne, przypominajace ornament, w widoku z przodu, a fig. 2 - druga odmiane tej szyby, lecz o wysokosci o okolo polowe mniejszej od szyby wedlug odmiany pierwszej i posiadajaca na swej powierzchni abstrakcyjny element dekoracyjny, o profilu zblizonym do górnej czesci profilu pokazanego na fig. 1, w widoku z przodu. Szyba skrzydla drzwiowego wedlug pierwszej odmiany jej wykonania pokazana na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 na swej prostokatnej powierzchni ma abstrakcyjny motyw dekoracyjny, o profilu utworzonym z kilku usytuowanych w dolnej jej czesci obok siebie i w róznych odstepach pasków pofalowanych i o zróznicowanych ich szerokosciach, których górne konce przechodza w elementy spiralne przypominajace ornament, wszystkie w kolorze szarym kontrastujacym z tlem tej szyby. Z kolei szyba skrzydla drzwiowego wedlug drugiej odmiany jej wykonania pokazana na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2, o wysokosci znacznie nizszej od szyby wedlug pierwszej odmiany jej wykonania pokazanej na fig. 1, na swej prostokatnej powierzchni ma abstrakcyjny motyw dekoracyjny podobny do motywu górnej czesci szyby wedlug pierwszej odmiany, to jest stanowi go kilka krótkich, usytuowanych w dolnej czesci obok siebie i w róznych odstepach pasków lukowych o zróznicowanych ich szerokosciach, których górne konce przechodza w elementy spiralne, sprawiajace wrazenie ornamentu, w kolorze szarym kontrastujacym z tlem tej szyby. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its narrow rectangular shape and abstract arrangement of lines and stripes creating decorative motifs on the surface of this pane, contrasting in color with its transparent background. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration material, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of this pane having on its surface an abstract decorative motif in grey, made of vertically arranged arc stripes, the upper end of which is made of spiral elements resembling an ornament, in a front view, and Fig. 2 - the second variant of this pane, but with a height approximately half that of the pane according to the first variant and having on its surface an abstract decorative element, with a profile similar to the upper part of the profile shown in Fig. 1, in a front view. The door leaf glass according to the first variant of its execution, shown in the illustrative material Fig. 1, has an abstract decorative motif on its rectangular surface, with a profile made of several wavy strips of different widths located next to each other in its lower part and at various intervals, the upper ends of which turn into spiral elements resembling an ornament, all in grey colour contrasting with the background of the glass. In turn, the door leaf glass according to the second variant of its execution shown in the illustrative material of Fig. 2, with a height significantly lower than the glass according to the first variant of its execution shown in Fig. 1, has on its rectangular surface an abstract decorative motif similar to the motif of the upper part of the glass according to the first variant, i.e. it consists of several short, located in the lower part next to each other and at various intervals, arc strips of different widths, the upper ends of which turn into spiral elements giving the impression of an ornament, in a grey colour contrasting with the background of the glass.
