Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szyba skrzydla drzwiowego posiadajaca na swej powierzchni abstrakcyjne ozdobne motywy dekoracyjne, wykonane na szkle lub innym tworzywie przezroczystym, korzystnie metoda wytrawiania, malowania lub wytlaczania. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego waskim prostokatnym ksztalcie i abstrakcyjnym ukladzie linii i pasków tworzacych motywy dekoracyjne znajdujace sie na powierzchni tej szyby i posiadajace kolor kontrastujacy z jej tlem przezroczystym. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane szyby skrzydla drzwiowego z abstrakcyjnym motywem dekoracyjnym o profilu zblizonym do soczewki dwuwypuklej i lukowych pasków w kolorze szarym, w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - druga odmiane tej szyby lecz o okolo polowe krótszej od szyby wedlug odmiany pierwszej, na której znajduje sie motyw abstrakcyjny podobny do motywu górnej czesci pokazanej na fig. 1, w widoku z przodu. Szyba skrzydla drzwiowego wedlug pierwszej odmiany jej wykonania pokazana na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 na swej prostokatnej powierzchni ma abstrakcyjny motyw dekoracyjny, utworzony z elementu o profilu soczewki dwuwypuklej usytuowanego w srodkowej czesci tej szyby, otoczonego elementem stanowiacym wycinek pierscienia, z którego obu konców wychodza dwa elementy lukowe o tym samym promieniu, za którym w lewych narozach znajduja sie krótkie równolegle usytuowane do nich elementy lukowe, a w czesci srodkowej pomiedzy tymi elementami lukowymi znajduje sie cienka równolegla do nich linia, przy czym zarówno element soczewkowy jak i pierscieniowe elementy lukowe oraz linia lukowa maja kolor szary kontrastujacy z tlem tej szyby. Z kolei szyba skrzydla drzwiowego wedlug drugiej odmiany jej wykonania pokazana na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2 o wysokosci znacznie nizszej od szyby wedlug pierwszej odmiany pokazanej na fig. 1 na swej powierzchni prostokatnej ma abstrakcyjny motyw dekoracyjny, podobny do motywu górnej czesci szyby wedlug pierwszej odmiany, to jest stanowi go górna czesc elementu soczewkowego, otoczonego krótkimi wycinkami pierscieni, którego prawy koniec laczy sie z odwrotnie usytuowanym krótkim wycinkiem pierscienia, za którym znajduje sie równolegle usytuowany do niego takze krótki odcinek pierscienia, a pomiedzy nimi umieszczona jest równolegle usytuowana cienka linia, przy czym wszystkie te elementy maja kolor szary kontrastujacy z tlem tej szyby. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its narrow rectangular shape and abstract arrangement of lines and stripes creating decorative motifs on the surface of this pane, contrasting in color with its transparent background. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the door leaf glass with an abstract decorative motif with a profile similar to a biconvex lens and arc-shaped stripes in grey colour, in a front view, Fig. 2 - the second variant of this glass but about half as long as the glass according to the first variant, which has an abstract motif similar to the motif of the upper part shown in Fig. 1, in a front view. The door leaf glass according to the first variant of its execution, shown in the illustration material Fig. 1, has on its rectangular surface an abstract decorative motif, made of an element with a biconvex lens profile situated in the central part of the glass, surrounded by an element constituting a section of a ring, from both ends of which two arc elements with the same radius extend, behind which in the left corners there are short arc elements situated parallel to them, and in the central part between these arc elements there is a thin line parallel to them, wherein both the lens element and the annular arc elements and the arc line are of grey colour contrasting with the background of the glass. In turn, the door leaf glass according to the second variant of its execution, shown in the illustrative material of Fig. 2, with a height significantly lower than the glass according to the first variant shown in Fig. 1, has on its rectangular surface an abstract decorative motif, similar to the motif of the upper part of the glass according to the first variant, i.e. it is the upper part of a lens element surrounded by short segments of rings, the right end of which is connected to an oppositely located short segment of the ring, behind which there is also a short segment of the ring, situated parallel to it, and between them there is a parallel thin line, all these elements being of grey colour contrasting with the background of the glass. Essential features of the industrial design The door leaf glass pane with abstract decorative motifs on its surface, having the shape of a rectangular plate, shown in the illustrative material Fig. 1 and 2, is characterized in that: – on its rectangular surface it has an abstract decorative motif made of an element with a biconvex lens profile situated in the central part of the glass pane, surrounded by an element constituting a segment of a ring, from both ends of which two arc elements with the same radius extend, behind which in the left corners there are short arc elements situated parallel to them, and in the central part between these arc elements there is a thin line parallel to them; – on its rectangular surface it has an abstract decorative motif similar to the motif of the upper part of the glass pane according to the first variant, i.e. it is the upper part of a lens element surrounded by short ring segments, the right end of which is connected to an inversely located short ring segment, behind which there is a short ring segment running parallel to it, and between them there is a thin parallel line; – all abstract decorative motifs of this glass pane are grey in colour, contrasting with its background, as shown in the illustrations in Fig. 1 and 2.PL 18956 3 Illustration of the patternPL 18956 4 Department of Publishing UP RP0 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
