Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szyba skrzydla drzwiowego posiadajaca na swej powierzchni abstrakcyjne ozdobne motywy dekoracyjne, wykonane na szkle lub innym tworzywie przezroczystym, korzystnie metoda wytrawiania, malowania lub wytlaczania. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego waskim prostokatnym ksztalcie i abstrakcyjnym ukladzie linii i pasków tworzacych motywy dekoracyjne znajdujace sie na powierzchni tej szyby i posiadajace kolor kontrastujacy z jej tlem przezroczystym. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia pierwsza odmiane tej szyby posiadajaca na swej powierzchni abstrakcyjny motyw dekoracyjny w kolorze szarym, którego profil tworza cztery pola paraboliczne oraz waskie paski przypominajace ksztalty sinusoid ze scietymi ich wierzcholkami w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - druga odmiane tej szyby posiadajaca na swej powierzchni abstrakcyjny motyw dekoracyjny w kolorze szarym, którego profil tworza pole paraboliczne oraz dwa wycinki pierscieni parabolicznych i pasmo o profilu przypominajacym sinusoide, w widoku z przodu, a fig. 3 - trzecia odmiane tej szyby o znacznie mniejszej jej wysokosci od szyb poprzednich, na której znajduje sie ozdobny motyw abstrakcyjny podobny do srodkowej czesci motywu pokazanego na fig. 2, w widoku z przodu. Szyba skrzydla drzwiowego wedlug pierwszej odmiany jej wykonania pokazana na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 na swej prostokatnej powierzchni ma abstrakcyjny motyw dekoracyjny, utworzony z czterech pól o profilu paraboli po dwa naprzemiennie usytuowane przy obu dluzszych bokach tej szyby wypuklosciami skierowanymi w kierunku przeciwleglych sobie tych boków, przy czym nad tymi wypuklosciami znajduja sie w przyblizeniu równolegle usytuowane do nich po trzy lukowe pasma o zróznicowanych ich szerokosciach, które razem sprawiaja wrazenie ksztaltu sinusoid ze scietymi ich wierzcholkami, a wszystkie te fantazyjne profile maja kolor szary kontrastujacy z tlem tej szyby. Z kolei szyba skrzydla drzwiowego wedlug trzeciej odmiany jej wykonania pokazana na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 3 o wysokosci znacznie nizszej od szyby wedlug drugiej odmiany jej wykonania pokazanej na fig. 2 na swej powierzchni prostokatnej ma abstrakcyjny motyw dekoracyjny, podobny do motywu srodkowej czesci szyby wedlug drugiej odmiany, to jest stanowi go fragment motywu utworzonego z trzech usytuowanych obok siebie pofalowanych pasków o zróznicowanych ich szerokosciach, sprawiajacych wrazenie krótkich sinusoid, w których wkleslosciach znajduja sie po trzy równolegle usytuowane wzgledem siebie paski paraboliczne o zróznicowanych szerokosciach, przy czym wszystkie elementy tego motywu maja kolor szary kontrastujacy z tlem tej szyby. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its narrow rectangular shape and abstract arrangement of lines and stripes creating decorative motifs on the surface of this pane, contrasting in color with its transparent background. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration material, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of this pane, having on its surface an abstract decorative motif in grey, the profile of which is formed by four parabolic fields and narrow strips resembling sinusoid shapes with their tops cut off in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the second variant of this pane, having on its surface an abstract decorative motif in grey, the profile of which is formed by a parabolic field and two segments of parabolic rings and a strip with a profile resembling a sinusoid, in a front view, and Fig. 3 shows the third variant of this pane, with a significantly lower height than the previous panes, on which there is a decorative abstract motif similar to the central part of the motif shown in Fig. 2, in a front view. The door leaf glass according to the first variant of its execution, shown in the illustration material Fig. 1, has on its rectangular surface an abstract decorative motif, made up of four fields with a parabolic profile, two alternately situated at both longer sides of the glass with convexities directed towards the opposite sides, where above these convexities there are approximately parallel to them three arc bands of different widths, which together give the impression of the shape of sinusoids with their tops cut off, and all these fanciful profiles are grey in colour, contrasting with the background of the glass. The door leaf glass according to the second variant of its execution, shown in the illustration material Fig. 2, has on its rectangular surface an abstract decorative motif, with a profile made of three adjacent wavy strips of varying widths, giving the impression of sinusoids with their tops cut off, in the concavities of which there are three parallel parabolic strips of varying widths, all elements of this motif are grey in colour, contrasting with the background of this glass. In turn, the door leaf glass according to the third variant of its execution shown in the illustration material of Fig. 3, with a height significantly lower than the glass according to the second variant of its execution shown in Fig. 2, has on its rectangular surface an abstract decorative motif, similar to the motif of the central part of the glass according to the second variant, i.e. it is a fragment of a motif made of three wavy strips of different widths placed next to each other, giving the impression of short sinusoids, in the concavities of which there are three parallel parabolic strips of different widths, all elements of this motif are grey in colour, contrasting with the background of this glass. Essential features of an industrial design The door leaf glass pane with abstract decorative motifs on its surface, having the shape of a rectangular plate, shown in the illustrative material Fig. 1 - 3, is characterized in that: - on its rectangular surface it has an abstract decorative motif made of four fields with a parabolic profile, two alternatingly located at both longer sides of the glass pane with convexities directed towards the opposite sides, where above these convexities there are approximately three arc-shaped bands of varying widths, situated approximately parallel to them, which together give the impression of the shape of sinusoids with their tops cut off; on its rectangular surface it has an abstract decorative motif, made of four fields with a parabolic profile, two of them alternately located at both longer sides of the glass pane with convexities directed towards the opposite sides, where above these convexities there are approximately three arc-shaped strips of varying widths, situated parallel to them, which together give the impression of the shape of sinusoids with their tops cut off, and all these fanciful PL 19006 3 profiles are grey in colour contrasting with the background of this glass pane as shown in the illustration material Fig. 1, - on its rectangular surface it has an abstract decorative motif, with a profile made of three wavy strips of varying widths situated next to each other, giving the impression of sinusoids with their tops cut off, in the concavities of which there are three parallel strips with respect to each other, parabolic stripes of variable widths, wherein all elements of this motif are of grey colour contrasting with the background of this glass pane as shown in the illustration material Fig. 2, - on its rectangular surface with a height significantly lower than the glass pane shown in Fig. 2, it has an abstract decorative motif, similar to the motif of the central part of the glass pane according to the second variant, i.e. it is a fragment of a motif made of three adjacent wavy stripes of varied widths, giving the impression of short sinusoids, in the concavities of which there are three parallel parabolic stripes of varied widths, wherein all elements of this motif are of grey colour contrasting with the background of this glass pane as shown in the illustration material Fig. 3.PL 19006 4 Illustration of the design Department of Publishing House of the Republic of Poland PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
