Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna plyta czolowa barku przejawiajaca sie w kolorystyce, ukladzie linii, elementów i polaczeniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Plyta czolowa barku w ksztalcie prostokata, posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci pionowej powierzchni, która posiada dookola czesci zewnetrznych krawedzi czerwona listwe dekoracyjna, a wewnetrzna czesc prostokata jest w postaci stylizowanej jasnej powierzchni podzielonej na mniejsze pola oraz ciemnej pelnej plyty, jak pokazano na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig. 1 – 5. Plyte czolowa barku wedlug wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig. 1 – 5, na których: fig. 1 przedstawia plyte czolowa barku w odmianie pierwszej z czerwona listwa w widoku z przodu, podzielony na dwie czesci, fig. 2 przedstawia plyte czolowa barku w odmianie drugiej z czerwona listwa w widoku z przodu, podzielony na dwie czesci, fig. 3 przedstawia plyte czolowa barku w odmianie trzeciej z czerwona listwa w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 przedstawia plyte czolowa barku w odmianie czwartej z czerwona listwa w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 przedstawia plyte czolowa barku o w odmianie piatej z czerwona listwa w widoku z przodu i z napisem informacyjnym. Plyta czolowa barku przedstawiona na fig. 1 posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci prostokata podzielonego na dwie czesci, przy czym dookola czesci zewnetrznych krawedzi umieszczona jest czerwona listwa dekoracyjna, a wewnetrzna czesc prostokata jest w postaci stylizowanej jasnej powierzchni podzielonej na mniejsze pola ciemnymi liniami oraz brazowej pelnej plyty umieszczonej po jednej stronie kazdej czesci prostokata, przy czym brazowa pelna plyta posiada rózna szerokosc w jednej i w drugiej czesci prostokata, jak pokazano na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig. 1. Plyta czolowa barku przedstawiona na fig. 2 posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci prostokata podzielonego na dwie czesci, przy czym dookola czesci zewnetrznych krawedzi umieszczona jest czerwona listwa dekoracyjna, a wewnetrzna czesc prostokata jest w postaci stylizowanej jasnej powierzchni podzielonej na mniejsze pola ciemnymi liniami oraz brazowej pelnej plyty umieszczonej po jednej stronie kazdej czesci prostokata, przy czym brazowa pelna plyta posiada rózna szerokosc w jednej i w drugiej czesci prostokata, jak pokazano na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig. 2. Plyta czolowa barku przedstawiona na fig. 3 posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci jednego prostokata, dookola którego czesci zewnetrznych krawedzi umieszczona jest czerwona listwa dekoracyjna, a wewnetrzna czesc prostokata jest w postaci stylizowanej jasnej powierzchni podzielonej na mniejsze pola ciemnymi liniami oraz brazowej pelnej plyty umieszczonej po jednej stronie prostokata, jak pokazano na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig. 3. W odmianie przedstawionej na fig. 4 plyta czolowa barku posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci jednego prostokata, dookola którego czesci zewnetrznych krawedzi umieszczona jest czerwona listwa dekoracyjna, a wewnetrzna czesc prostokata jest w postaci stylizowanej jasnej powierzchni podzielonej na mniejsze pola ciemnymi liniami oraz brazowej pelnej plyty umieszczonej po obu stronach prostokata, jak pokazano na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig. 4. W odmianie przedstawionej na fig. 5 plyta czolowa barku posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci prostokata, dookola którego czesci zewnetrznych krawedzi umieszczona jest czerwona listwa dekoracyjna, a wewnetrzna czesc prostokata jest w postaci stylizowanej jasnej powierzchni podzielonej na mniejsze pola ciemnymi liniami oraz brazowej pelnej plyty umieszczonej po obu stronach prostokata, przy czym na jednej z brazowych plyt umieszczony jest czerwony okreg z zielona obwódka, wewnatrz którego znajduje sie napis informacyjny, jak pokazano na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig. 5.PL 21418 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 21418 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a new and original front panel of a bar, manifesting itself in the colours, arrangement of lines, elements and the combination of individual elements creating the design. The front panel of the shoulder in the shape of a rectangle has the essential features of an industrial design in the form of a vertical surface which has a red decorative strip around the outer edges, and the inner part of the rectangle is in the form of a stylized light surface divided into smaller fields and a dark solid panel, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 - 5. The front panel of the shoulder according to the pattern is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 - 5, in which: Fig. 1 shows the front panel of the shoulder in the first variant with a red strip in a front view, divided into two parts, Fig. 2 shows the front panel of the shoulder in the second variant with a red strip in a front view, divided into two parts, Fig. 3 shows the front panel of the shoulder in the third variant with a red strip in a front view, Fig. 4 shows the front panel of the shoulder in the fourth variant with a red strip in the front view, Fig. 5 shows the front plate of the shoulder in the fifth variant with a red strip in the front view and with an information inscription. The front panel of the bar shown in Fig. 1 has essential features of an industrial design in the form of a rectangle divided into two parts, wherein a red decorative strip is placed around the outer parts of the edges, and the inner part of the rectangle is in the form of a stylized light surface divided into smaller fields by dark lines and a brown solid panel placed on one side of each part of the rectangle, wherein the brown solid panel has a different width in one and the other part of the rectangle, as shown in the attached illustrations of Fig. 1. The front panel of the bar shown in Fig. 2 has essential features of an industrial design in the form of a rectangle divided into two parts, wherein a red decorative strip is placed around the outer parts of the edges, and the inner part of the rectangle is in the form of a stylized light surface divided into smaller fields by dark lines and a brown solid panel a plate placed on one side of each part of the rectangle, wherein the brown solid plate has a different width in one and the other part of the rectangle, as shown in the attached illustrations of fig. 2. The front plate of the bar shown in fig. 3 has essential features of an industrial design in the form of one rectangle, around the part of the outer edges of which a red decorative strip is placed, and the inner part of the rectangle is in the form of a stylized light surface divided into smaller fields by dark lines and a brown solid plate placed on one side of the rectangle, as shown in the attached illustrations of fig. 3. In the variant shown in fig. 4, the front plate of the bar has essential features of an industrial design in the form of one rectangle, around the part of the outer edges of which a red decorative strip is placed, and the inner part of the rectangle is in the form of a stylized light surface divided into smaller fields by dark lines into smaller fields with dark lines and a brown solid plate placed on both sides of the rectangle, as shown in the attached illustrations fig. 4.
