Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac uchwytu pionowego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, trójwymiarowosci oraz zdobieniach. Wzór posiada indywidualny charakter przejawiajacy sie w jego uksztaltowaniu. Przedmiot wzoru i jego kolejnych odmian zostal uwidoczniony w ilustracjach, na których wszystkie figury posiadaja wspólne uksztaltowanie. Uchwyt pionowy umiejsco- wiony jest kieszeniowo. Jest wpuszczony w plaszczyzne drzwi. W przekroju, na powierzchni drzwi widoczna jest tylko ramka uchwytu jak równiez element oz- dobny, za który ów uchwyt lapie sie, by móc otworzyc lub przesunac drzwi. Element ozdobny jest osa- dzony nizej o grubosc blachy, by w tej róznicy osadzic element ceramiczny lub element szklany. Jedna z odmian jest równiez uchwyt pionowy bez elementu ozdobnego, w którym to element, za który mozna zlapac jest osadzony nizej o grubosc blachy od ramki, która dotyka powierzchni drzwi. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a vertical handle, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, three-dimensionality and ornaments. The design has an individual character, manifested in its shape. The subject of the design and its subsequent variations has been shown in illustrations, in which all figures have a common shape. Figure 1 shows a vertical handle with ceramics in a general view. Figure 2 shows a vertical handle with ceramics in a spatial view. Figure 3 shows a vertical handle with glass in a general view. Figure 4 shows a vertical handle with glass in a spatial view. Figure 5 shows a straight vertical handle made of metal in a spatial view, where the frame has been polished. Figure 6 shows a straight vertical handle made of metal in a general view, where the entire surface has been ground. Figure 7 shows a cross-section of a vertical handle. List of industrial design variations: Variation 1 is a vertical handle with ceramics. Variation 2 is a vertical handle with glass. Variation 3 is a straight vertical handle made of metal, in which the frame has been polished. Variation 4 is a straight vertical handle made of metal, in which the entire surface has been ground. Essential features of the industrial design An essential feature of the vertical handle is that it has the shape of a rectangle. The vertical handle is not mounted traditionally, on the surface. The vertical handle is placed in a pocket. It is recessed into the plane of the door. In cross-section, on the surface of the door, only the handle frame is visible, as well as the decorative element, which the handle is grabbed by to be able to open or move the door. The decorative element is set lower by the thickness of the sheet metal, in order to set the ceramic element or glass element in this difference. One of the varieties is also a vertical handle without a decorative element, in which the element that can be grabbed is mounted lower by the thickness of the sheet metal than the frame that touches the door surface.
