Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal pokazany na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia etykiete glówna, zas fig. 2 - fig. 4 przedstawiaja odmiany etykiety wedlug fig. 1. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego oraz jego odmiany ilustruje równiez rysunek zbiorczy. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest kompozycja plastyczna oraz uklad graficzny i kolorystyka ety- kiety nadajaca jej nowa postac i wyrózniajace walory estetyczne. Etykieta wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac prostokatnego i ustawionego pionowo pola koloru bialego, na którym w górnej jego czesci umieszczony jest poprzecznie szeroki pas koloru ja- snozielonego z umieszczonym na nim napisem „KEFIR" wykonany stylizowanym liternictwem koloru bialego. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, where Figure 1 shows the main label, while Figures 2-4 show variations of the label as shown in Figure 1. The industrial design and its variations are also illustrated in a summary drawing. The essence of the industrial design is the visual composition, graphic layout, and color scheme of the label, which give it a new appearance and distinctive aesthetic value. The label, according to the industrial design, is a rectangular, vertical white field, with a wide light green stripe across its upper part, bearing the inscription "KEFIR" in stylized white lettering. Above the crosswise stripe, at the top of the label field, there is the inscription "My choice" in fanciful orange lettering, with the letters of the inscription made of densely arranged and variously sized words "KERFIR" in orange block letters. Below the crosswise stripe, there is the inscription "(not) ordinary" in simple block lettering in light green. In the lower part of the label field there are five parallel and unevenly spaced colored horizontal lines of irregular thickness, the first upper line being orange, the second line being green, the third line being light green, the fourth line being orange and the fifth - the lower line - being light green, as shown in the attached illustration material in Fig. 1. Variation 1 of the industrial design shown in the attached illustration material in Fig. 2 has the form of a rectangular and vertically positioned white field, on which in its upper part there is a wide orange stripe placed transversely with the inscription "KEFIR" placed on it in stylized white lettering. Above the crosswise stripe, at the top of the label field, there is an inscription "My choice" in fanciful orange lettering, with the letters of the inscription made of densely arranged and variously sized words "KEFIR" in orange block letters. Above the crosswise stripe, at the top of the label field, there is the inscription "My choice" in fanciful orange lettering, with the letters of the inscription made up of densely arranged and varying sizes of the words "KEFIR" in orange block letters. Below the crosswise stripe, there is the inscription "with coenzyme Q10" in simple dark pink lettering, and below it the inscription "daily requirement" in smaller, simple dark pink lettering. In the lower part of the label field there are five parallel and unevenly spaced coloured horizontal lines of irregular thickness, the first upper line being dark pink, the second line being green, the third line being light green, the fourth line being dark pink and the fifth lower line being light green, as shown in the attached illustration material in Fig. 3. Above the crosswise stripe, at the top of the label field, there is the inscription "My choice" in fanciful orange lettering, with the letters of the inscription made up of densely arranged and variously sized words "KEFIR" in orange block letters. Below the crosswise stripe, there is the inscription "z amaranthusem" in simple purple lettering.
