Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest jezdzaca zabawka, przeznaczona dla dzieci w wieku zlobkowym i przedszkolnym. Zabawka jest poruszana sila miesni nóg dziecka, siedzacego na siedzi- sku i odpychajacego sie od podloza. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, cechy linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielo- krotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, prezentujacych jezdzaca zabawke w widoku ogólnym z boku, od frontu i góry, na których fig. 1 - pokazuje zabawke odmiana 1, natomiast fig. 2 - zabawke odmiana 2. Jezdzaca zabawka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana z metalu i z tworzyw sztucznych. Czesc czolowa zabawki przedstawia paszcze smoka wyrózniajaca sie wydatnym, lukowo wy- profilowanym nosem z szeroko rozsunietymi na boki nozdrzami, rozchylona, usmiechnieta paszcza oraz uchwytem ponizej paszczy w formie wyciagnietego jezyka. Boczne czesci tulowia, odchodzace od lba smoka na wysokosci nozdrzy, tworza podwozie pojazdu. Sa one wyprofilowane lukowo, wypu- kla powierzchnia skierowane na zewnatrz. Pozostala czesc stanowi leb smoka, przechodzacego w tulów. Leb postaci powyzej wydatnego nosa zdobia smiejace sie, szeroko otwarte oczy z uniesio- nymi ku górze brwiami w formie wypuklosci po obu stronach. W wierzcholkowej czesci lba jest wyko- nany otwór otoczony obwodowym pierscieniem, z którego jest wysunieta kierownica, osadzona na pionowej rurze, stanowiacej jej wspornik. Górna powierzchnia kierownicy jest zdobiona wizerunkiem paszczy smoka, takim samym jak paszcza stanowiaca czolo pojazdu. Po obu stronach kierownicy, w tulowiu zabawki sa wypuklosci stylizujace rogi i pletwy. Tylna czesc zabawki jest wyposazona w ozdobny uchwyt, którego dolna czesc jest wyprofilowana w formie pólkola. Górna czesc uchwytu jest wystrzepiona i przypomina w swej formie ogon ryby. Zarys wystrzepionego ogona podkresla wstawka na powierzchni uchwytu od strony siedziska, odwzorowujaca zarys postrzepionej krawedzi ogona. Pomiedzy kierownica a uchwytem, na fantazyjnie uksztaltowanym podwoziu jest umiejscowio- ne siedzisko, wznoszace sie nieco ku górze. Powierzchnia siedziska jest pokryta formami stylizujacy- mi luski rybie. Pojazd ma szerokie kola, z charakterystycznym bieznikiem. Boczne powierzchnie kól sa zdobione krazkami wyposazonymi w rysunek usmiechnietej buzki. The toy is powered by the leg muscles of a child sitting on a seat and pushing against the ground. The essence of the design is the product's new and individual character, given to it by its shape, line features, contours, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the design is illustrated in the attached photographs, which show the riding toy in general views from the side, front, and top. Fig. 1 shows toy variant 1, while Fig. 2 shows toy variant 2. The riding toy, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of metal and plastic. Significant Features of the Industrial Design: The essential features of industrial design variant 1, presented in photograph (Fig. 1), include that the toy is shaped in a form stylized after a well-known character from Chinese fairy tales – a dragon. The front of the toy depicts the dragon's mouth, distinguished by a prominent, arched nose with widely spread nostrils, a parted, smiling mouth, and a handle below the mouth in the form of a protruding tongue. The side sections of the body, extending from the dragon's head at nostril level, form the vehicle's chassis. They are arched, with the convex surface facing outward. The remaining part constitutes the dragon's head, which merges into the body. The figure's head, above a prominent nose, is adorned with laughing, wide-open eyes and raised eyebrows, shaped like protrusions on both sides. The top of the head has a hole surrounded by a circumferential ring, from which protrudes a steering wheel, mounted on a vertical tube that serves as its support. The upper surface of the steering wheel is decorated with the image of a dragon's mouth, identical to the mouth that forms the vehicle's front. On both sides of the steering wheel, the toy's body features protrusions resembling horns and fins. The rear of the toy is equipped with a decorative handle, the lower part of which is profiled in the form of a semicircle. The upper part of the handle is frayed, resembling a fish's tail. The outline of the frayed tail is emphasized by an insert on the seat-side surface of the handle, resembling the tail's frayed edge. Between the steering wheel and the handle, a seat is positioned on a fancifully shaped chassis, rising slightly upward. The seat surface is covered with shapes stylized as fish scales. The vehicle has wide wheels with a distinctive tread. The side surfaces of the wheels are decorated with discs featuring a smiling face. Among the significant features of industrial design variant 2, presented in photograph, Fig. 2, is that the toy is shaped in a form stylized after a well-known figure from Chinese fairy tales – a dragon. The front of the toy depicts the dragon's mouth, distinguished by a prominent, arched nose with widely spread nostrils, a parted, smiling mouth, and a handle below the mouth in the form of a protruding tongue. The sides of the torso, extending from the dragon's head at the level of the nostrils, form the vehicle's chassis. They are arc-shaped, with the convex surface facing outward. The remaining part constitutes the dragon's head, which merges into the torso. The figure's head, above the prominent nose, is adorned with laughing, wide-open eyes with raised eyebrows in the form of protrusions on both sides. The top of the head has a hole surrounded by a circumferential ring, from which extends the steering wheel, mounted on a vertical tube that serves as its support. The upper surface of the steering wheel is decorated with the image of the dragon's mouth, identical to the mouth that forms the vehicle's forehead. On both sides of the steering wheel, in the toy's torso, are protrusions resembling horns and fins. The rear of the toy is equipped with a decorative handle, the lower part of which is shaped in the form of a semicircle. The upper part of the handle is frayed and resembles a fish tail. The outline of the frayed tail is emphasized by an insert on the handle surface on the seat side, replicating the outline of the tail's frayed edge. Between the handlebars and the handle, a seat is located on a fancifully shaped chassis, rising slightly upwards. The seat surface is covered with shapes stylized as fish scales. The vehicle has wide wheels with a characteristic tread.
