The essence of the design is the product's new and individual character, given to it by its shape, line features, contours, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is presented in the attached photographs, showing the ride-on toy from a general side, front, and top view. Fig. 1 shows toy variant 1, Fig. 2 shows variant 2, Fig. 3 shows variant 3, and Fig. 4 shows variant 4. The ride-on toy is made of plastic. Significant Features of the Industrial Design The essential features of the industrial design, variant 1, presented in the photograph, Fig. 1, include that the riding toy takes the form of a vehicle whose front surface and other details are decorated with images of a stylized, smiling bee with characteristic antennae. The toy has a suitably shaped chassis, to which wheels are attached from underneath. A blue body sits on the chassis, with the front section profiled in the form of a fragment of a sphere and a tilting seat in the center. The seat is white and decorated with transverse stripes. At the rear of the chassis, a vertically extending blue backrest is mounted, its upper edge profiled in an arc. At the bottom, in the center of the backrest, there is an opening with a semi-oval outline. The vertical surface of the backrest features a drawing of a smiling bee face with characteristic paws. The image of the bee is complemented by characteristic plastic forms stylizing ears spreading out to the sides, attached to the upper surface of the toy's backrest. Between the front surface and the seat, there is an opening in the body surrounded by a ring from which a sleeve protrudes upward. The upper part of the sleeve is decorated with a shape stylizing a steering wheel. Its front surface is decorated with a convex image of a smiling bee face with characteristic ears. The toy's wheels are the same color as the chassis and are adorned with decorative white rims with lugs in the same color as the body. The lugs on the rims are in the form of a rosette with radiating shapes resembling the characteristic bee's ears.
