The essence of the design is the product's new and individual character, given to it by its shape, line features, contours, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is presented in the attached photographs, showing the ride-on toy from a general side, front, and top view. Fig. 1 shows toy variant 1, Fig. 2 shows variant 2, Fig. 3 shows variant 3, and Fig. 4 shows variant 4. The ride-on toy is made of plastic. Significant Features of the Industrial Design Significant features of the industrial design, variant 1, presented in the photograph, Fig. 1, include that the riding toy is shaped like a car, the front surface of which resembles the head of a stylized panda. The toy is equipped with wheels, a suitably profiled body with a central seat and a steering wheel at the front, and a retractable red handle at the rear. The handle consists of vertical posts extending from the body, which support an arc-shaped disc, profiled at the top, with a grip hole below and a recess. Discs are placed between the disc and the vertical posts. In the recess below the hole in the shield, as well as on the discs, are drawings stylizing panda paw prints. On the sides of the upper, arched edge of the shield are black protrusions stylizing the panda's ears. The toy's body is black, the seat mounted on the body is red, and the front is white. The front of the toy has the outline of a fragment of a sphere. It is decorated with inserts stylizing the panda's eyes, nose, mouth, and ears. Below, on the body, are molded lugs representing the vehicle's lights. At the front of the vehicle, a red steering wheel is arranged vertically, adorned with a yellow decorative disc in the center and, at the bottom, where it connects to the front, it is decorated with a black ring. The toy's wheels are equipped with decorative red rims, decorated with a drawing of a "smiling face." A tongue decorated with a drawing is visible at the bottom of the body, from the front. The significant features of the industrial design, variant 2, presented in the photograph, Fig. 2, include that the riding toy is shaped like a car, the front surface of which resembles the head of a stylized panda. The toy is equipped with running wheels, a suitably profiled body with a seat in the center and a steering wheel at the front, and a retractable yellow handle at the rear. The handle is formed by vertical posts extending from the body, on which a disc, profiled in an arc at the top, with a grip hole below and a recess is supported. Between the shield and the vertical posts are small discs. In the recess below the shield's opening, as well as on the discs' surfaces, there are drawings stylizing panda paw prints. On the sides of the shield's upper, arched edge are blue protrusions stylizing panda ears. The body of the toy is blue, the seat mounted on the body is green, and the front is yellow. The front of the toy has the outline of a fragment of a sphere. It is decorated with inserts stylizing the panda's eyes, nose, mouth, and ears. The steering wheel is decorated with a yellow decorative disc, and at the bottom, where it connects to the front, it is decorated with a red ring. The toy's wheels are equipped with decorative yellow rims, decorated with a drawing of a "smiling face." At the bottom of the body, from the front, a tongue decorated with a drawing is visible. The significant features of the industrial design, variant 3, presented in the photograph, Fig. 3, include that the riding toy is shaped like a car, the front surface of which resembles the head of a stylized panda.
