Zabawka jest poruszana sila miesni nóg dziecka, siedzacego na siedzisku i odpychajacego sie od podloza. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, cechy linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielo- krotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, prezentujacych jezdzaca zabawke w widoku ogólnym z boku, od frontu i góry, na których fig. 1 – pokazuje zabawke odmiana 1, fig. 2 – zabawke odmiana 2, fig. 3 – uwidacznia zabawke odmiana 3, natomiast fig. 4 – zabawke odmiana 4. The toy is powered by the child's leg muscles, as they sit on a seat and push off from the ground. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique character, given to it by its shape, line features, contours, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the design is illustrated in the attached photographs, which show the riding toy in general views from the side, front, and top. Fig. 1 shows toy variant 1, Fig. 2 shows toy variant 2, Fig. 3 shows toy variant 3, and Fig. 4 shows toy variant 4. The riding toy, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of plastic. Significant Features of the Industrial Design: The significant features of the industrial design, variant 1, presented in the photograph, Fig. 1, include that the riding toy takes the form of a stylized car with a curved blue front hood. At the bottom of the front of the toy is a longitudinal opening with shiny strips mounted in it, dividing the opening into narrower slots. Above the hood, irregularly shaped headlights are positioned on the sides. The headlights are shiny and protected from the front by transparent covers. In the center, between the headlights, is a stylized company logo. At the top, the hood transitions into a diagonally angled window with curved sides. The window is set within a frame, blue in color, the same as the vehicle's body. The central part of the toy is occupied by the seat, with its front section near the windshield having a convexity. Within this convexity, a steering wheel is mounted on a vertical tube, decorated internally with an insert in the color of the bodywork. The rear section of the toy features decorative convexities on the sides, which serve as covers for the rear headlights. Between the headlights are protrusions, and within these protrusions are mounted the ends of the arched handle. The toy's body has recesses in the lower middle section, extending into the rear lintels. Following the industrial design, the riding toy is equipped with wheels with wide, distinctive tires and decorative, shiny rims. At the bottom of the front of the toy is a longitudinal opening with shiny strips mounted in it, dividing the opening into narrower slots. The rear section of the toy features decorative convexities on the sides, which serve as covers for the rear headlights.
