Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest jezdzaca zabawka, przeznaczona dla dzieci w wieku zlobkowym i przedszkolnym. Zabawka jest poruszana sila miesni nóg dziecka siedzacego na siedzi- sku i odpychajacego sie od podloza. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, cechy linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielo- krotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, prezentujacych jezdzaca zabawke w widoku ogólnym z boku, od frontu i góry, na których fig. 1 - uwidacznia zabawke odmiana 1, natomiast fig. 2 - zabawke odmiana 2. Jezdzaca zabawka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana z metalu i z tworzyw sztucznych. The toy is powered by the leg muscles of a child sitting on a seat and pushing against the ground. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique character, given to it by its shape, line features, contours, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the design is illustrated in the attached photographs, which show the riding toy in general views from the side, front, and top. Fig. 1 shows toy variant 1, while Fig. 2 shows toy variant 2. The riding toy, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of metal and plastic. Significant Features of the Industrial Design: The essential features of industrial design variant 1, presented in the photograph, Fig. 1, include that the toy takes the form of a stylized limousine with an arc-shaped front surface. The central part of the front surface is convex and raised relative to the sides. The vehicle has a bumper at the bottom, extending and branching off the central, convex part of the vehicle, which extends to the sides at the bottom. Headlights are mounted at the corners where the central part of the body meets the bumper. The windows covering these headlights have the shape of irregular quadrilaterals. The bumper has recesses covered with mesh. The recesses house the headlights, which are cylindrical in shape with horizontal branches extending in both directions, reaching to the edges of the recesses. From the front, in the center of the body, there is a recess decorated with a shiny border with a convex form in the center. The central part of the limousine body transitions at the top into a section of the cabin with a front window, arched corners, and diagonally cut sides. Attached to the cabin sides are three-dimensional forms, styling the vehicle's side mirrors. Convex light covers are located in the surface of these forms. The central, convex surface of the front part of the limousine, extending sideways, has a semicircular convexity at the edge where it meets the cabin window, fading towards the front of the vehicle. The roof of the limousine cabin incorporates a ring from which a steering wheel protrudes vertically upward. The rear of the vehicle is equipped with a handle resembling a car spoiler. A seat is placed between the handle at the rear of the vehicle and its front. The seat is raised slightly towards the rear, with rounded edges. The vehicle is equipped with decorative, wide wheels with a distinctive tread. The wheels have shiny hubcaps, adorned in the center with a circular insert in the color of the bodywork and fancifully shaped decorative spokes radiating from the circular insert in the center. Among the significant features of industrial design variant 2, presented in the photograph, Fig. 2, is that the toy takes the form of a stylized limousine with an arc-shaped front surface.
