Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest jezdzaca zabawka, przeznaczona dla dzieci w wieku zlobkowym i przedszkolnym. Zabawka jest poruszana sila miesni nóg dziecka siedzacego na siedzi- sku i odpychajacego sie od podloza. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, cechy linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielo- krotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, prezentujacych jezdzaca zabawke w widoku ogólnym z boku, od frontu i góry, na których fig. 1 - pokazuje zabawke odmiana 1, natomiast fig. 2 - odmiane 2. Jezdzaca zabawka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana z metalu i z tworzyw sztucznych. Wewnatrz tej wneki jest umocowana siatka. Posrodku górnej czesci zabawki znajduje sie siedzisko o zagietych do dolu krawedziach, unie- sione w tylnej czesci nieco ku górze. Siedzisko dotyka tylnej listwy oddzielajacej je od wglebionego tylu pojazdu, tworzacego uskok. Po bokach karoseria pojazdu jest wypukla. W tylnej czesci karoserii, po obu stronach sa wykonane pólokragle wypuklosci, stylizujace obudowy tylnych swiatel pojazdu. W bocznych sciankach jezdzaca zabawka ma drzwiczki z ozdobna klamka, w formie fantazyjnie zagie- tego ramienia. Deska rozdzielcza pojazdu posiada ukosnie uniesiona ku górze i wyprofilowana po bokach lukowo oslone. Oslona rozdzielczej deski dolega do wypuklosci na srodkowej powierzchni przedniej czesci karoserii. Wypuklosc ta jest zbiezna ku czolowej sciance pojazdu. Jest w niej osa- dzona pionowo rura z kierownica, stanowiaca jej wspornik. Kierownica jest zaopatrzona w ozdobny kolnierz na czesci obwodu i przyciski w kolorze karoserii. The toy is powered by the leg muscles of a child sitting on a seat and pushing against the ground. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique character, given to it by its shape, line features, contours, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the design is illustrated in the attached photographs, which show the riding toy in general views from the side, front, and top. Fig. 1 shows the toy in version 1, while Fig. 2 shows version 2. The riding toy, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of metal and plastic. Significant Features of the Industrial Design: The essential features of the industrial design, variant 1, presented in the photograph, Fig. 1, include the silhouette of the riding toy, which is strikingly reminiscent of a stylized racing car. The front of the toy is arched at the sides and raised towards the seat. The central surface of the front of the vehicle is convex in relation to the adjacent surfaces on the sides and converges towards the front wall. Triangular openings are made between the convex surface of the central part of the front of the vehicle and the adjacent surfaces. On the side walls of the upper surface of the toy's body, near the side edges, are shiny headlight housings in the shape of elongated figures. And above the fenders are forms stylized as signal housings. The front of the toy's body features openings shaped like irregular quadrilaterals, with their apexes pointing inward. The interiors of these openings are covered with mesh, styling the inlet of ventilation ducts. Between the openings shaped like irregular quadrilaterals, a trapezoidal recess is created in the front surface of the body, to which a transverse strip adjoins from below. The mesh is attached inside this recess. In the center of the upper part of the toy is a seat with downward-curved edges, slightly raised at the rear. The seat touches the rear strip, separating it from the recessed rear of the vehicle, creating a step. The vehicle's body is convex on the sides. In the rear part of the body, on both sides, are semicircular protrusions styling the vehicle's rear light housings. The side walls of the ride-on toy feature a door with a decorative door handle in the form of a fancifully curved arm. The vehicle's dashboard features a diagonally raised cover with arched sides. The dashboard cover rests on a convexity in the center of the front body. This convexity converges towards the vehicle's front wall. A vertically embedded tube houses the steering wheel, serving as its support. The steering wheel is equipped with a decorative collar around part of its circumference and buttons in the color of the body. The toy has wide wheels with a distinctive tread. The wheels have decorative, shiny rims resembling stars inscribed in a circle. Among the significant features of the industrial design, variant 2, presented in the photograph, Fig. 2, is that the silhouette of the riding toy is strikingly reminiscent of a stylized racing car. The front of the toy is arched at the sides and raised towards the seat.
