Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojazd dzieciecy, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako zabawka dla dzieci w wieku od 2 lat. Pojazd dzieciecy, wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowymi walorami wizualnymi, oraz oryginalnym i indywidualnym ksztaltem. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, budowe, ksztalt, forme, oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Pojazd dzieciecy, wedlug wzoru, moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z metalu, drewna, tworzyw sztucznych, gumy naturalnej lub sztucznej. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których Fig. 1 przedstawia pojazd dzieciecy w widoku od frontu, natomiast Fig. 2 uwidacznia pojazd dzieciecy w widoku z boku, zas Fig. 3 prezentuje pojazd dzieciecy w widoku od tylu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Pojazd dzieciecy ma postac bryly przestrzennej wielosciennej posadowionej na czterech kolach. Pojazd wyposazony jest w elementy stylizujace podwozie oraz nadwozie pojazdu. Nadwozie pojazdu ma smukla linie boczna, utworzona lukowo wyprofilowanymi wypuklosciami i kraglosciami. W dolnej czesci linii bocznej nadwozia utworzone sa pólokragle wneki, w których osadzone sa kola. Kola maja opony o kolpakach stylizujacych ozdobne felgi. Powierzchnie boczna pojazdu zdobia liniowe wypuklosci nadkoli i zderzaków. Z boku pojazdu, pomiedzy nadkolami oraz z tylu nad wyprofilowaniem stylizujacym zderzak usytuowane sa ozdobne emblematy o nieregularnym zarysie. Opony kól znajduja sie w przeznaczonym na nogi podescie. Podest ma postac platformy wychodzacej z podwozia pojazdu. Posrodku zaopatrzony jest w czworokatne wypustki, stanowiace stopien. Nadwozie pojazdu wyposazone jest w wyprofilowane podluzne siedzisko, zaokraglone oparcie oraz kierownice. Siodelko wyposazone jest w oparcie z zaglówkiem, oraz podlokietniki przymocowane do pólokraglego elementu zabezpieczajacego przed upadkiem. Kierownica ma postac zblizonego ksztaltem do owalu pierscienia z usytuowanym posrodku owalnym klaksonem. Klakson zaopatrzony jest w okragle wypustki. Tyl pojazdu wyposazony jest w podluzny element zakonczony uchwytem, rekojescia. Uchwyt ma zblizona do owalu postac. Tyl pojazdu zdobia owalne wstawki stylizujace reflektory. Przód pojazdu zdobia przymocowane elementy o nieregularnych ksztaltach. Ponizej tych elementów znajduja sie stylizujace reflektory motywy graficzne. According to the design, the children's vehicle is distinguished by new visual qualities and an original and individual shape. The essence of the design is the product's new and individual character, given to it by the features of lines, contours, structure, shape, form, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The children's vehicle, according to the design, can be manufactured industrially or by hand from metal, wood, plastics, natural or artificial rubber. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the children's vehicle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the children's vehicle from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the children's vehicle from the back. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The children's vehicle takes the form of a three-dimensional polyhedral solid resting on four wheels. The vehicle is equipped with styling elements for the chassis and body. The vehicle body has a slim sideline, formed by arched, profiled bulges and curves. The lower sideline features semicircular recesses in which the wheels are mounted. The wheels have tires with hubcaps styling decorative rims. The vehicle's side surface is adorned with linear bulges for the wheel arches and bumpers. On the side of the vehicle, between the wheel arches and at the rear above the bumper styling profile, decorative emblems with irregular outlines are located. The tires are located on a footrest. The footrest is a platform extending from the vehicle's chassis. In the center, it is equipped with quadrangular protrusions, acting as a step. The vehicle's body features a contoured, elongated seat, rounded backrest, and steering wheel. The seat is equipped with a backrest with a headrest and armrests attached to a semicircular safety element to prevent falls. The steering wheel is an oval-shaped ring with an oval horn in the center. The horn is equipped with circular protrusions. The rear of the vehicle features an elongated element ending in a handle, or grip. The handle is oval in shape. The rear of the vehicle is decorated with oval headlight styling inserts. The front of the vehicle is decorated with attached elements of irregular shapes. Below these elements are graphic motifs styling the headlights.
