Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojazd dzieciecy, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako zabawka dla dzieci w wieku od 2 lat. Pojazd dzieciecy, wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowymi walorami wizualnymi, oraz oryginalnym i indywidualnym ksztaltem. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, budowe, ksztalt, forme, oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Pojazd dzieciecy, wedlug wzoru, moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z metalu, drewna, tworzyw sztucznych, gumy naturalnej lub sztucznej. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których Fig. 1 przedstawia pojazd dzieciecy w widoku od frontu, natomiast Fig. 2 uwidacznia pojazd dzieciecy w widoku z boku, zas Fig. 3 prezentuje pojazd dzieciecy w widoku od tylu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Pojazd dzieciecy ma postac bryly przestrzennej wielosciennej posadowionej na czterech kolach. Pojazd wyposazony jest w elementy stylizujace podwozie oraz nadwozie pojazdu. Nadwozie pojazdu ma smukla linie boczna, utworzona lukowo wyprofilowanymi wypuklosciami i kraglosciami. Po bokach pojazdu znajduja sie lusterka wsteczne o prostokatnym ksztalcie. W dolnej czesci linii bocznej nadwozia utworzone sa pólokragle wneki, w których osadzone sa kola. Kola maja opony zaopatrzone w ozdobne kolpaki. Kazdy kolpak ozdabia wzór rozmieszczonych promieniscie od okraglej wypuklosci podluznych, lzowatych wybrzuszen. Powierzchnie boczna pojazdu zdobia liniowe wypuklosci nadkoli i zderzaków. Z boku pojazdu, pomiedzy nadkolami oraz z tylu nad wyprofilowaniem stylizujacym zderzak usytuowane sa ozdobne emblematy o nieregularnym zarysie. Na zderzaku znajduje sie ozdobny emblemat z korowym napisem. Nadwozie pojazdu wyposazone jest w wyprofilowane podluzne siedzisko, oparcie oraz kierownice. Oparcie jest nachylone w stosunku do siedziska i zakonczone lukowo wyprofilowana poprzeczka z rozmieszczonymi na jej koncach zaokragleniami o jajowatym ksztalcie. Kierownica ma postac pierscienia z usytuowana posrodku fantazyjna przezroczysta pólkulista kopula. Kierownica osadzona jest w podstawie. W podstawie kierownicy osadzone sa ozdobne klawisze, kola zebate i nawleczone na lukowo wygietym precie koraliki. Przód pojazdu wyposazony jest w maske z podluznymi lukowymi, wypuklymi zdobieniami, stylizowane reflektory oraz w atrape wlotu chlodnicy. Reflektory umieszczone sa po bokach maski pojazdu. Reflektory licuja z powierzchnia maski pojazdu. Ponizej znajduje sie atrapa wlotu chlodnicy, która ma nieregularny zarys, przypominajacy trapez i porowata powierzchnie. Pod atrapa usytuowany jest zderzak z ozdobna podluzna wstawka. According to the design, the children's vehicle is distinguished by new visual qualities and an original and individual shape. The essence of the design is the product's new and individual character, given to it by the features of lines, contours, structure, shape, form, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The children's vehicle, according to the design, can be manufactured industrially or by hand from metal, wood, plastics, natural or artificial rubber. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the children's vehicle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the children's vehicle from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the children's vehicle from the back. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The children's vehicle takes the form of a three-dimensional polyhedral solid resting on four wheels. The vehicle is equipped with styling elements for the chassis and body. The vehicle's body has a slim sideline, formed by arched, contoured bulges and curves. Rectangular rearview mirrors are located on the sides. The lower part of the body's sideline features semicircular recesses in which the wheels are mounted. The wheels have tires fitted with decorative hubcaps. Each hubcap is decorated with a pattern of elongated, teardrop-shaped bulges radiating from the circular bulge. The vehicle's side surface is adorned with linear bulges on the wheel arches and bumpers. Decorative emblems with irregular outlines are located on the sides of the vehicle, between the wheel arches, and at the rear above the bumper styling profile. The bumper features a decorative emblem with a bark inscription. The vehicle's body features a contoured, elongated seat, backrest, and steering wheel. The backrest is angled relative to the seat and terminates in an arched, crossbar with egg-shaped roundings at its ends. The steering wheel is ring-shaped with a fanciful, transparent, hemispherical dome in the center. The steering wheel is set into a base. The base of the steering wheel features decorative keys, gears, and beads strung on an arched rod. The front of the vehicle features a hood with elongated, arched, convex decorations, stylized headlights, and a grille. The headlights are located on the sides of the hood, flush with the hood surface. Below is the radiator grille, which has an irregular, trapezoidal shape and a porous surface. Below the grille is a bumper with a decorative longitudinal insert.
