Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, budowe, ksztalt, forme, oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Pojazd dzieciecy, wedlug wzoru, moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z metalu, drewna, tworzyw sztucznych, gumy naturalnej lub sztucznej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Pojazd dzieciecy ma postac bryly przestrzennej wielosciennej posadowionej na czterech kolach. Pojazd wyposazony jest w elementy stylizujace podwozie oraz nadwozie pojazdu. Nadwozie pojazdu ma smukla linie boczna, utworzona lukowo wyprofilowanymi wypuklosciami i kraglosciami. Po bokach pojazdu znajduja sie lusterka wsteczne o prostokatnym ksztalcie. W dolnej czesci linii bocznej nadwozia utworzone sa pólokragle wneki, w których osadzone sa kola. Kola maja opony ozdobnych kolpakach. Kazdy kolpak ozdabia wzór rozmieszczonych promieniscie od okraglej wypuklosci szprych o zarysie liter Y. Powierzchnie boczna pojazdu zdobia liniowe wypuklosci nadkoli i zderzaków. Z boku pojazdu, pomiedzy nadkolami oraz z tylu nad wyprofilowaniem stylizujacym zderzak usytuowane sa ozdobne emblematy o nieregularnym zarysie. Na zderzaku znajduje sie ozdobny emblemat z korowym napisem. Nadwozie pojazdu wyposazone jest w wyprofilowane podluzne siedzisko, oparcie oraz kierownice. Oparcie jest zaopatrzone w owalny otwór i nachylone jest w stosunku do siedziska. Oparcie jest zakonczone lukowo wyprofilowana poprzeczka z rozmieszczonymi na jej koncach zaokragleniami o jajowatym, scietym ku przodowi ksztalcie. Kierownica ma postac pierscienia z wcieciem. Posrodku kierownicy znajduje sie okragly klakson. Kierownica osadzona jest w podstawie o zarysie prostopadloscianu. W podstawie kierownicy osadzone sa ozdobne przyciski. Podstawa wspóltworzy przód pojazdu. Z przodu podstawy znajduje sie ozdobny emblemat stylizujacy przednia szybe samochodu, z motywami graficznymi w postaci rysunków przedstawiajacych chlopca i dziewczynke. Przód pojazdu wyposazony jest w maske z podluznymi lukowymi, wypuklymi zdobieniami, stylizowane reflektory oraz w atrape wlotu chlodnicy. Reflektory umieszczone sa po bokach maski pojazdu. Reflektory licuja z powierzchnia maski pojazdu. Ponizej znajduje sie atrapa wlotu chlodnicy, która ma nieregularny zarys, przypominajacy trapez i porowata powierzchnie. Pod atrapa usytuowany jest zderzak z osadzonymi w nim reflektorami. According to the design, the children's vehicle is distinguished by new visual qualities and an original and individual shape. The essence of the design is the product's new and individual character, given to it by the features of lines, contours, structure, shape, form, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The children's vehicle, according to the design, can be manufactured industrially or by hand from metal, wood, plastics, natural or artificial rubber. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the children's vehicle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the children's vehicle from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the children's vehicle from the back. The children's vehicle has the form of a three-dimensional polyhedral solid resting on four wheels. The vehicle is equipped with styling elements for the chassis and body. The vehicle's body has a slim sideline, formed by arched, contoured bulges and curves. Rectangular rearview mirrors are located on the sides of the vehicle. The lower part of the body's sideline features semicircular recesses in which the wheels are mounted. The wheels have tires with decorative hubcaps. Each hubcap is decorated with a pattern of Y-shaped spokes radiating from the circular bulge. The vehicle's side surface is adorned with linear wheel arch and bumper bulges. Decorative emblems with irregular outlines are located on the side of the vehicle, between the wheel arches, and at the rear above the bumper styling profile. The bumper features a decorative emblem with a bark inscription. The vehicle's body features a contoured, elongated seat, backrest, and steering wheel. The backrest has an oval opening and is angled towards the seat. The backrest is topped with an arched, profiled crossbar with egg-shaped, forward-cutting roundings at its ends. The steering wheel is a ring with a notch. A circular horn is located in the center of the steering wheel. The steering wheel is set in a cuboid base. Decorative buttons are embedded in the base of the steering wheel. The base forms the front of the vehicle. On the front of the base is a decorative emblem styling the car's windshield, with graphic motifs depicting a boy and a girl. The front of the vehicle features a hood with elongated, arched, convex decorations, stylized headlights, and a grille grille. The headlights are located on the sides of the hood. The headlights are flush with the vehicle's hood. Below is the radiator grille, which has an irregular, trapezoidal shape and a porous surface. Below the grille is the bumper with the headlights embedded within it.
