Pojazd dzieciecy, wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowymi walorami wizualnymi, oraz oryginalnym i indywidualnym ksztaltem. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, budowe, ksztalt, forme, oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Pojazd dzieciecy, wedlug wzoru, moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z metalu, drewna, tworzyw sztucznych, gumy naturalnej lub sztucznej. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których Fig. 1 przedstawia pojazd dzieciecy w widoku od frontu, natomiast Fig. 2 uwidacznia pojazd dzieciecy w widoku z boku, zas Fig. 3 prezentuje pojazd dzieciecy w widoku od tylu. Pojazd dzieciecy ma postac bryly przestrzennej wielosciennej posadowionej na czterech kolach. Pojazd wyposazony jest w elementy stylizujace podwozie oraz nadwozie pojazdu. Nadwozie pojazdu ma smukla linie boczna, utworzona lukowo wyprofilowanymi wypuklosciami i kraglosciami. Powierzchnie boczna pojazdu zdobia motywy graficzne z napisami oraz wstawka wykonana z materialu odbijajacego swiatlo z wypuklym napisem. W dolnej czesci linii bocznej nadwozia utworzone sa pólokragle wneki w których osadzone sa blotniki i kola. Kola maja opony o wkleslych kolpakach stylizujacych ozdobne felgi z tarczami hamulcowymi. Kolpaki wykonane sa z materialu odbijajacego swiatlo. Kazdy kolpak ozdabia wzór rozmieszczonych promieniscie od okraglej wypuklosci szprych, z usytuowanymi po obwodzie okraglymi otworami imitujacymi sruby mocujace. Przód pojazdu wyposazony jest w maske z podluznymi wypuklymi zdobieniami oraz w atrape wlotu chlodnicy. Atrapa wlotu chlodnicy czolowej ma nieregularny zarys, przypominajacy owal i powierzchnie z poprzecznie rozmieszczonymi liniowymi wypustkami. Atrapa jest wykonana z materialu odbijajacego swiatlo. Pod atrapa usytuowany jest zderzak z ozdobnymi przetloczeniami, na którym znajduje sie motyw graficzny imitujacy tablice rejestracja. Po bokach atrapy umieszczone sa reflektory. Reflektory licuja z powierzchnia maski pojazdu. Maska pojazdu ma ozdobne wzdluzne wypuklosci i zdobia ja motywy graficzne z napisami. Do maski pojazdu przytwierdzona jest osadzona w ramie szyba. Do ramy przymocowane sa lusterka wsteczne pojazdu, z imitujacymi kierunkowskazy wstawkami o prostokatnym ksztalcie. W bryle nadwozia pojazdu znajduje sie wneka stylizowana na wnetrze samochodu, w której osadzone sa fotele i kierownica pojazdu. Fotele wyposazone sa w zaglówki, natomiast kierownica umieszczona jest w imitacji deski rozdzielczej. Kierownice, zaglówki oraz deske rozdzielcza zdobia motywy graficzne. Tyl pojazdu wyposazony jest w imitacje palaków przeciwkapotazowych, nadto tyl pojazdu wyposazony jest w atrape klapy bagaznika z okraglym motywem graficznym rozmieszczonym posrodku. Pod klapa usytuowany jest zderzak z ozdobnymi przetloczeniami, na którym znajduje sie motyw graficzny stylizujacy tablice rejestracja. W zderzaku osadzone sa stylizujace kierunkowskazy wstawki o prostokatnym ksztalcie, oraz okragle, rozmieszczone parami imitacje rur wydechowych. Po bokach klapy bagaznika umieszczone sa reflektory. According to the design, the children's vehicle is distinguished by new visual qualities and an original and individual shape. The essence of the design is the product's new and individual character, given to it by the features of lines, contours, structure, shape, form, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The children's vehicle, according to the design, can be manufactured industrially or by hand from metal, wood, plastics, natural or artificial rubber. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the children's vehicle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the children's vehicle from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the children's vehicle from the back. The essential features of the industrial design include the fact that the children's vehicle resembles a convertible car. The children's vehicle is a three-dimensional polyhedral solid resting on four wheels. The vehicle is equipped with styling elements for the chassis and body. The vehicle's body has a slim side line, formed by arched, contoured bulges and curves. The vehicle's side surface is decorated with graphic motifs with inscriptions and an insert made of a reflective material with a raised inscription. The lower part of the body's side line features semicircular recesses in which the fenders and wheels are mounted. The wheels have tires with concave hubcaps, styling decorative rims with brake discs. The hubcaps are made of a reflective material. Each wheel cover is decorated with a pattern of spokes radiating from a circular convexity, with circular holes imitating mounting bolts around the perimeter. The front of the vehicle features a hood with elongated, convex decorations and a radiator grille. The front grille has an irregular shape, resembling an oval, and a surface with transversely arranged linear protrusions. The grille is made of a reflective material. Below the grille is a bumper with decorative embossing, featuring a graphic motif imitating a license plate. The headlights are positioned on the sides of the grille. The headlights are flush with the hood surface. The hood has decorative, elongated protrusions and is decorated with graphic motifs and lettering. A framed windshield is attached to the hood. The vehicle's rearview mirrors, with rectangular inserts imitating the turn signals, are attached to the frame. The bodywork features a recess styled after the interior of a car, housing the seats and steering wheel. The seats are equipped with headrests, while the steering wheel is set in a simulated dashboard. The steering wheels, headrests, and dashboard are adorned with graphic motifs. The rear of the vehicle is equipped with simulated roll bars, and the rear of the vehicle features a trunk lid dummy with a circular graphic motif positioned in the center. Below the trunk lid is a bumper with decorative embossing, featuring a graphic motif styling the license plate. The bumper features rectangular inserts styling the turn signals, as well as circular, paired simulated exhaust pipes. The taillights are located on the sides of the trunk lid.
