Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest jezdzaca zabawka, przeznaczona dla dzieci w wieku zlobkowym i wczesnoprzedszkolnym. Zabawka jest poruszana sila miesni nóg dziecka, siedzacego na siedzisku i odpychajacego sie od podloza. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, cechy linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielo- krotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, prezentujacych jezdzaca zabawke w widoku ogólnym z boku, od frontu i góry, na których fig. 1 – pokazuje zabawke odmiana 1, fig. 2 – zabawke odmiana 2, natomiast fig. 3 – zabawke odmiana 3. Jezdzaca zabawka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana z tworzyw sztucznych. The toy is powered by the child's leg muscles, as they sit on a seat and push off from the ground. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique character, given to it by its shape, line features, contours, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the design is illustrated in the attached photographs, which show the riding toy in general views from the side, front, and top. Fig. 1 shows toy variant 1, Fig. 2 shows toy variant 2, and Fig. 3 shows toy variant 3. The riding toy, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of plastic. Significant Features of the Industrial Design: The essential features of the industrial design, variant 1, presented in the photograph, Fig. 1, include that the riding toy takes the form of a stylized scooter, equipped with a blue, fancifully curved body extending downward, almost entirely obscuring the wheels hidden beneath, the central part of which is the same color as the handlebars and seat. The scooter's hood widens downward at the front. At the bottom of the hood, the hood has a convexity in the shape of half an inverted cup, widening with the part pointing forward. Above this convexity, at the front of the hood, there is an oval recess, covered by a shiny grille with fanciful transverse slats. A handlebar is mounted at the top of the body, the center of which is circular with spokes extending outwards. A shiny reflector, covered by a transparent cover, is located at the front of the handlebar body. The middle section of the toy is occupied by a seat. On the sides of the seat, the scooter body has convexities that merge into a lintel at the rear. At the rear of the toy, the ends of a diagonally inclined handle, shaped like a curved bow, are attached to the lintel on both sides. The handle is colored the same as the body, while the seat and handlebar are in a different color. A steering wheel is mounted on top of the body, the center of which is circular with arms extending from it to the sides. A shiny reflector, covered by a transparent cover, is located at the front of the steering wheel body. The middle part of the toy is occupied by a seat. On the sides of the seat, the scooter body has convexities, which merge into a lintel at the rear. At the rear of the toy, the ends of a diagonally inclined handle, shaped like a curved bow, are attached to the lintel on both sides.
