Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest jezdzaca zabawka, przeznaczona dla dzieci w wieku zlobkowym. Zabawka jest poruszana sila miesni nóg dziecka, siedzacego na siedzisku i odpychajace- go sie od podloza. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, cechy linii, kontury, kolorystyke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wie- lokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, prezentujacych jezdzaca zabawke w widoku ogólnym z boku, od frontu i góry, na których fig. 1 – pokazuje zabawke odmiana 1, natomiast fig. 2 – zabawke odmiana 2. Jezdzaca zabawka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana z tworzyw sztucznych. Ponizej kierownicy maska przechodzi w ukosna scianke, a nastepnie w siedzisko z pozioma powierzchnia obnizona w stosunku do wysokosci czesci czolowej. Po bokach siedziska, w karoserii sa uskoki tworzace stopnie pod nogi dziecka. Uskoki te przechodzac ku tylowi, tworza z tylu zabawki nadproza. Pomiedzy kolami zabawki, u dolu sa przymocowane, rozmieszczone po- przecznie do osi pojazdu podkladki pod stopy dziecka. Tylna czesc zabawki tworzy odchylone od pionu oparcie z bocznymi sciankami zbieznymi ku górze, przechodzacymi w zaokraglony wierzcho- lek. The toy is powered by the leg muscles of a child sitting on a seat and pushing off the ground. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique character, given to it by its shape, line features, contours, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is illustrated in the attached photographs, which show the riding toy in general views from the side, front, and top. Fig. 1 shows toy variant 1, while Fig. 2 shows toy variant 2. The riding toy, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of plastic. Significant Features of the Industrial Design: The essential features of the industrial design, variant 1, presented in the photograph, Fig. 1, include that the riding toy's silhouette resembles a sports car, with a blue hood elongated and widened at the sides, and distinctive wheels with wide tires and decorative hubcaps. Because the toy is intended for very young children, it has additional features to prevent children from falling out of the vehicle. The upper surface of the hood is inclined diagonally to the ground and converges toward the axis. On the sides, from the front to the hood, convex shapes extend the hood and give it a sense of solidity and stability. At the highest point of the front section is a convexity, in which a vertically mounted pillar with a steering wheel mounted on it is mounted. Inside, the steering wheel has decorative inlays in the color of the hood, along with a horn button in the center. The steering wheel features arched handlebars, the opposite sides of which are attached to the toy's backrest projections. Below the steering wheel, the hood transitions into a diagonal wall and then into a seat with a horizontal surface lowered relative to the height of the front section. On the sides of the seat, the bodywork features steps that provide footholds for the child. These steps, extending rearward, create lintels at the rear of the toy. Between the toy's wheels, child footrests are attached at the bottom, arranged transversely to the vehicle's axis. The rear of the toy forms a tilted backrest with side walls converging upwards, forming a rounded top. On the sides, transverse arms adjoin the vehicle's backrest walls, terminating in projections with their tops pointing towards the steering wheel. The opposing ends of the bows are attached to them, forming a clamp with the backrest to prevent the child from falling out of the toy. At the back of the toy's top, a ledge houses an arched, tapering arm, terminating in an oval clamp. This serves as a handle. Among the significant features of industrial design variant 2, presented in photograph (Fig. 2), is that the riding toy's silhouette resembles a sports car, with a red hood elongated and widened on the sides, and distinctive wheels with wide tires and decorative hubcaps. Because the toy is intended for very young children, it has additional equipment to prevent the child from falling out of the vehicle. The hood's upper surface is inclined diagonally to the ground and converges towards the axis. On the sides, from the front to the hood, convex shapes extend the hood and give it a solid and stable appearance. At the highest point of the front section is a bulge, in which a vertical pillar with a steering wheel mounted on it is mounted. Inside, the steering wheel has decorative inlays in the color of the hood, along with a horn button in the center. The steering wheel has clamps for arched rods, the opposite side attached to the toy's backrest protrusions. Below the steering wheel, the hood transitions into a diagonal wall, and then into a seat with a horizontal surface lowered relative to the height of the front section. On the sides of the seat, in the bodywork, are steps that create steps for the child's feet. These steps, extending rearward, create lintels at the rear of the toy. Between the toy's wheels, child footrests are attached at the bottom, arranged transversely to the vehicle's axis. The rear of the toy forms a backrest inclined from the vertical, with side walls tapering upwards, forming a rounded top. On the sides, transverse arms adjoin the vehicle's backrest walls, terminating in projections with their tops pointing towards the steering wheel. The opposing ends of the bows are attached to these arms, forming a PL 21977 3 bracket with the backrest, protecting the child from falling out of the toy. Behind the top, on the backrest, is a lug, which holds an arched, upwardly tapering arm, terminating in an oval-shaped bracket. This bracket serves as a handle.
