Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest jezdzaca zabawka, przeznaczona dla dzieci w wieku zlobkowym i przedszkolnym. Zabawka jest poruszana sila miesni nóg dziecka, siedzacego na siedzi- sku i odpychajacego sie od podloza. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, cechy linii, kontury, kolorystyke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wie- lokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, prezentujacych jezdzaca zabawke w widoku ogólnym z boku, od frontu i góry, na których fig. 1 – pokazuje zabawke odmiana 1, natomiast fig. 2 – zabawke odmiana 2. Jezdzaca zabawka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana z tworzyw sztucznych. The toy is powered by the leg muscles of a child sitting on a seat and pushing against the ground. The essence of the design is the product's new and individual character, given to it by its shape, line features, contours, colors, material, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is illustrated in the attached photographs, which show the riding toy in general views from the side, front, and top. Fig. 1 shows toy variant 1, while Fig. 2 shows toy variant 2. The riding toy, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of plastic. Significant Features of the Industrial Design: The significant features of the industrial design, variant 1, presented in the photograph, Fig. 1, include that the riding toy stylizes the silhouette of a sports car, with a blue hood elongated and widened at the sides and characteristic wheels with wide tires, equipped with decorative hubcaps. The upper surface of the hood is inclined diagonally to the ground and converges towards the axis. On the sides, from the front to the hood, convex shapes adhere to the vehicle. These shapes widen the hood and give it a sense of mass and stability. At the highest point of the front section is a convexity with a vertically embedded pillar, on which the steering wheel is mounted. Inside, the steering wheel has decorative inlays in the color of the hood and a horn button in the center. Below the steering wheel, the hood transitions into a seat with a horizontal surface lowered relative to the front. The side walls of the body have ledges that create steps for the child's feet. These ledges extend rearward, creating a lintel at the rear of the toy. The rear of the toy consists of a backrest tilted from the vertical, with side walls tapering upwards, merging into a rounded top. On the sides, arms extend transversely to the vehicle's backrest walls, terminating in projections with their tips pointing towards the steering wheel. Among the significant features of the industrial design, variant 2, presented in the photograph, Fig. 2, is that the riding toy stylizes the silhouette of a sports car, with a red bonnet elongated and widened at the sides and characteristic wheels with wide tires and decorative hubcaps. The upper surface of the hood is inclined diagonally to the ground and converges towards the axis. On the sides, from the front to the hood, convex shapes adjoin the vehicle. These shapes widen the hood and give it a solid and stable appearance. At the highest point of the front section, there is a convexity with a vertically embedded pillar, on which the steering wheel is mounted.
