The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and appearance of the upholstered parts, which give the furniture a unique, original appearance intended to enhance its aesthetic qualities. The sofa according to the industrial design is intended for repeated reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the sofa from the front. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The essence of the industrial design is a passenger sofa with a cubic seat decoratively stitched on the right and left edges with a single-needle stitch, and in the center with a double-needle stitch. The armrest cushions, with a roughly triangular cross-section, slope toward the center of the seat and feature two double-needle stitching at the top. The backrest consists of two rectangular backrest cushions. The sofa has legs in the shape of a lying cylinder. The sofa is sold under the trade name PLAY.
