SOFA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sofa, która moze sluzyc jako wyposazenie pokoju dziennego, gabinetu czy sypialni. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i wygladzie czesci tapicerowanych, które nadaja meblowi swoisty oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do podniesienia cech estetycznych. Sofa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczona jest do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Duze poduchy skrajne maja lekko wysuniete górne rogi zachodzace na podlokietnik. Siedzisko jest podzielone na trzy równe czesci szwem dwuiglowym w kolorze nici kontrastowym lub w kolorze tkaniny. Sofa posiada nózki drewniane o przekroju kwadratowym. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and appearance of the upholstered parts, which give the furniture a unique, original appearance aimed at enhancing its aesthetic qualities. The sofa, according to the industrial design, is intended for repeated reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the sofa from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the sofa unfolded. - 2 - Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The essence of the industrial design is the appearance of the sofa, distinguished by its original armrests, which, when viewed from the front, have a tulip shape that widens outward toward the front. The shape of the armrests is further emphasized by stitching in a thread color contrasting with the fabric. Another distinctive feature of the sofa is the upholstered horizontal element that connects the sides of the sofa when it is folded out for sleeping. The backrest is formed by three large loose cushions and two small cushions made of patterned fabric or, alternatively, in the same fabric as the body. The large outer cushions have slightly raised upper corners that overlap the armrest. The seat is divided into three equal sections with a two-needle stitching in a contrasting thread color or the same color as the fabric. The sofa has square wooden legs.
