The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and appearance of the upholstered parts, which give the furniture a unique, original appearance intended to enhance its aesthetic qualities. The sofa according to the industrial design is intended to be reproduced repeatedly in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the sofa from the front. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The essence of the industrial design is a sofa with a rectangular seat with beveled front corners. The edges of the seat and the beveled front corners are additionally accentuated with decorative stitching. The seat has decorative double-needle stitching in the center. The backrest consists of two back cushions. The sofa has armrest cushions with a nearly triangular cross-section, drooping toward the center of the seat, decoratively stitched around the top with a single-needle stitch and in the center with a double-needle stitch. The sofa has corner legs set at a 45° angle to the front in the shape of two flat bars "entwining" two vertical cylinders. The sofa is available under the trade name NEOS.
