Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac narzedzia malars- kiego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Narzedzie malarskie ma postac skrobaka i sluzy do zeskrobywania farby z powierzchni okien, scian, drzwi itp. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia narzedzie ma- larskie w widoku z przodu, fig.2- narzedzie malarskie w wido- ku perspektywicznym z góry, fig.3- narzedzie malarskie w wi- doku z boku, fig.4- narzedzie malarskie w widoku z dolu,fig.5- narzedzie malarskie w widoku z tylu, fig.6- narzedzie malarskie w widoku z boku, a fig.7- narzedzie malarskie w wi- doku perspektywicznym z góry i z boku. Sciany boczne i sciana dolna czesci roboczej przebiegaja lukowato, a podstawa przebiega skosnie, przy czym w polu sciany górnej widoczny jest obszar o zarysie litery "U" z wpisanym kolistym zarysem, zas w polu sciany dolnej widocz- ne sa obszary trapezowe, prostokatne, owalny, pólowalny i ko- listy. Uchwyt ma ksztalt bryly, której sciana górna i dolna maja zarys figur obejmujacych czesc kola i trapez równora- mienny z lukowata mniejsza podstawa. W obszarze sciany dolnej uchwytu znajduje sie wiele równoleglych prostokatnych pól ulozonych w dwóch rzedach, a uchwyt, w widoku z boku, ma za- rys figury obejmujacej czesc kola oraz pieciobok, którego trzy boki sa lukowate.W polu sciany bocznej uchwytu znajduje sie podluzny obszar z wpisanym kolistym zarysem i obszar ten zachodzi na sciane górna uchwytu w ksztalt paska i na sciane dolna uchwytu, w ksztalt pólowalu. Ponadto uchwyt w widoku z tylu i z przodu ma zarys owalny. The essence of the design is a new form of the painting tool, manifested in its shape. The painting tool has the form of a scraper and is used to scrape paint from the surfaces of windows, walls, doors, etc. The subject of the decorative pattern is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the painting tool in a front view, fig. 2 - the painting tool in a perspective view from above, fig. 3 - the painting tool in a side view, fig. 4 - the painting tool in a bottom view, fig. 5 - the painting tool in a back view, fig. 6 - the painting tool in a side view, and fig. 7 - the painting tool in a perspective view from above and from the side. A painting tool, according to the pattern, in the form of a scraper that includes a working part and a handle, is characterized by the working part having the shape of a protrusion, the upper wall of which is half flat and half convex, wherein, in a top view, this wall has the approximate outline of the letter "T." The side walls and the lower wall of the working part are arcuate, and the base is oblique, with the upper wall area showing an area with the outline of the letter "U" with an inscribed circular outline, while the lower wall area shows trapezoidal, rectangular, oval, semi-oval, and circular areas. The handle is shaped like a solid, the upper and lower walls of which have the outline of figures encompassing part of a circle and an isosceles trapezoid with an arcuate smaller base. The lower wall of the handle contains a plurality of parallel rectangular fields arranged in two rows, and the handle, in a side view, has a figure-like outline encompassing part of a circle and a pentagon, three of whose sides are arcuate. The side wall of the handle contains an elongated area with an inscribed circular outline, and this area overlaps the upper wall of the handle in the shape of a strip and the lower wall of the handle in the shape of a semi-oval. Furthermore, the handle has an oval outline in both the rear and front views.
