Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik jednorazowy przeznaczony do stosowania z urzadzeniem hemostatycznym. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, pojemnik jednorazowy wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyce, strukturze, materiale oraz jego ornamentacj i. Wzór pojemnika jednorazowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku i ilustracjach komputerowych, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik jednorazowy w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - pojemnik jednorazowy w widoku z przodu i obrócony dolem do góry, fig. 3 - pojemnik w widoku z dolu, fig. 4 - pojemnik w widoku z boku, a fig. 5 - przedstawia pojemnik jednorazowy w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, góry i boku, fig. 6 - pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym z góry z lekkim obróceniem wzgledem sciany tylnej, fig. 7 - pojemnik w widokuperspektywicznym z dolu, przodu i boku, natomiast fig. 8 przedstawia w powiekszeniu fragment pojemnika jednorazowego z fig. 6. Pojemnik jednorazowy, wedlug wzoru, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma cztery, od góry otwarte jednakowe komory wystajace prostopadle ku dolowi od wspólnego wzdluznie uksztaltowanego kolnierza o wygietych prostopadle do dolu obrzezach przednim i tylnym. Komory sa ustawione w odstepach jedna obok drugiej. Kazda z komór ma od góry pojemnika otwór w ksztalcie prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach. Kazda komora sklada sie z dwóch czesci górnej i dolnej. Czesc górna ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych krawedziach i narozach, przy czym sciany dluzsze zachodza na sciany krótsze. Czesc górna ma nieco wydluzone dno przechodzace w czesc dolna, która ma ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu o wezszych scianach przedniej i tylnej wystajacych poza dno czesci dolnej pojemnika. Dno czesci dolnej pojemnika jest lukowato wypukle i ma schodkowe wciecie po stronach szerszych scian bocznych. W widoku z przodu, komory pojemnika maja ksztalt przypominajacy lejek. Od srodka, kazda komora ma zmniejszajaca sie szerokosc, przy czym dno jest najwezsze. Cechami istotnymi pojemnika jednorazowego jest to, ze ma cztery, od góry otwarte jednakowe komory wystajace prostopadle ku dolowi od wspólnego wzdluznie uksztaltowanego kolnierza o wygietych prostopadle do dolu obrzezach przednim i tylnym. Komory sa ustawione w odstepach jedna obok drugiej. Kazda z komór ma od góry pojemnika otwór w ksztalcieprostokata o zaokraglonych narozach. Kazda komora sklada sie z dwóch czesci górnej i dolnej. Czesc górna ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych krawedziach i narozach, przy czym sciany dluzsze zachodza na sciany krótsze. Czesc górna ma nieco wydluzone dno przechodzace w czesc dolna, która ma ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu o wezszych scianach przedniej i tylnej wystajacych poza dno czesci dolnej pojemnika. Dno czesci dolnej pojemnika jest lukowato wypukle i ma schodkowe wciecie po stronach szerszych scian bocznych. W widoku z przodu, komory pojemnika maja ksztalt przypominajacy lejek. In relation to known products of this type, similar in form, the disposable container is distinguished by a new form manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, material and its ornamentation. The pattern of the disposable container is visible in the drawing and computer illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the disposable container in a top view, Fig. 2 - the disposable container in a front view and turned upside down, Fig. 3 - the container in a bottom view, Fig. 4 - the container in a side view, and Fig. 5 - shows the disposable container in a perspective view from the front, top and side, Fig. 6 - the container in a perspective view from above with a slight rotation in relation to the back wall, Fig. 7 - the container in a perspective view from the bottom, front and side, while Fig. 8 shows an enlarged fragment of the disposable container from Fig. 6. The disposable container, according to the pattern, is characterized by having four identical chambers open from the top. protruding perpendicularly downward from a common, longitudinally shaped flange with front and rear edges bent perpendicularly downward. The chambers are arranged next to each other at intervals. Each chamber has a rectangular opening at the top of the container with rounded corners. Each chamber consists of two parts: an upper and a lower. The upper part is cuboid-shaped with rounded edges and corners, with the longer walls overlapping the shorter walls. The upper part has a slightly elongated bottom, transitioning into the lower part, which is roughly cuboid-shaped with narrower front and rear walls protruding beyond the bottom of the lower part of the container. The bottom of the lower part of the container is arched-convex and has a stepped indentation on the sides of the wider side walls. From the front, the container's chambers have a funnel-like shape. From the center, each chamber has a decreasing width, with the bottom being the narrowest. The single-use container's essential features are four identical chambers, open at the top, extending perpendicularly downward from a common longitudinally shaped flange with front and rear edges bent perpendicularly downward. The chambers are spaced adjacent to each other. Each chamber has a rectangular opening at the top of the container with rounded corners. Each chamber consists of two parts: the upper and lower. The upper part is cuboid-shaped with rounded edges and corners, with the longer walls overlapping the shorter walls. The upper part has a slightly elongated bottom that transitions into the lower part, which has a shape close to a cuboid with narrower front and rear walls protruding beyond the bottom of the lower part of the container. The bottom of the lower part of the container is arched-convex and has a stepped indentation on the sides of the wider side walls. In a front view, the chambers of the container have a funnel-like shape. From the center, each chamber has a decreasing width, with the bottom being the narrowest, as shown in the attached figures 1-4 of the drawings and figures 5-8 of the computer illustrations.
