W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, pojemnik jednorazowy wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyce, strukturze, materiale oraz jego ornamentacj i. Pojemnik jednorazowy, wedlug wzoru, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma otwarty od góry prostopadloscienny korpus o wypuklym dnie, zaokraglonych dolnych narozach i krawedziach scian. Od góry z korpusu wystaja na boki, prostopadle do jego scian bocznych, prostokatne plytki. Kazda prostokatna plytka ma zaokraglone zewnetrzne naroza, a od góry pojedynczy walcowy wystep. Korpus pojemnika, we wnetrzu, u dolu i wzdluz scian przedniej i tylnej jest zaokraglony do srodka i poprzez zaokraglone krawedzie przechodzi w obnizone wzdluzne dno. Cechami istotnymi pojemnika jednorazowego jest to, ze ma otwarty od góry prostopadloscienny korpus o wypuklym dnie, zaokraglonych dolnych narozach i krawedziach scian. Od góry z korpusu wystaja na boki, prostopadle do jego scian bocznych, prostokatne plytki. Kazda prostokatna plytka ma zaokraglone zewnetrzne naroza, a od góry pojedynczy walcowy wystep. In relation to known products of this type, similar in form, the disposable container is distinguished by a new form manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, material and its ornamentation. The disposable container, according to the model, is characterized by an open-topped, rectangular body with a convex bottom, rounded lower corners, and rounded wall edges. Rectangular plates extend from the top of the body sideways, perpendicular to its side walls. Each rectangular plate has rounded outer corners and a single cylindrical protrusion at the top. The container body is rounded inward at the interior, bottom, and along the front and rear walls, and through the rounded edges, it transitions into a lowered longitudinal bottom. The essential features of the disposable container are that it has an open-topped, rectangular body with a convex bottom, rounded lower corners and wall edges. From the top, rectangular plates protrude from the body sideways, perpendicular to its side walls. Each rectangular plate has rounded outer corners and a single cylindrical protrusion from the top.
