Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac narzedzia malars- kiego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Narzedzie malarskie ma postac skrobaka i sluzy do zeskrobywania farby z powierzchni okien, scian, drzwi itp. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia narzedzie ma- larskie w widoku z boku, fig.2- narzedzie malarskie w widoku z dolu, fig.3- narzedzie malarskie w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.4- narzedzie malarskie w widoku perspektywicznym z góryi z boku, fig.5- narzedzie malarskie w widoku z przodu, fig.6- narzedzie malarskie w widoku z góry, a fig.7- narze- dzie malarskie w widoku z tylu. Narzedzie malarskie wedlug wzoru, majace postac skrobaka, który obejmuje czesc robocza z wkladka i uchwyt, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze czesc robocza z wkladka ma ksztalt wystepu, którego sciana górna jest czesciowo plaska i czes- ciowo wypukla, przy czym na plaskiej czesci sciany górnej usytuowana jest wkladka w ksztalcie bryly bedacej polaczeniem kuli i ostroslupa o wkleslych scianach bocznych i zaokraglo- nych krawedziach. Ponadto, sciana górna czesci roboczej ma przyblizony obrys litery "T", zas sciany boczne i sciana dol- na czesci roboczej przebiegaja lukowato, a podstawa czesci roboczej przebiega skosnie, przy czym w polu sciany dolnej czesci roboczej widoczne sa obszary trapezowe, prostokatne, owalny, i kolisty. Uchwyt ma ksztalt bryly, której sciana górna i dolna maja zarys figur obejmujacych czesc kola i tra- pez równoramienny, przy czym w obszarze sciany dolnej uchwytu znajduje sie wiele równoleglych prostokatnych pól ulozonych w dwóch rzedach. Uchwyt, w widoku z boku, ma zarys figury obejmujacej czesc kola oraz pieciobok, którego trzy boki sa lukowate. W polu sciany bocznej uchwytu znajduje sie podluzny obszar z wpisanym kolistym zarysem i obszar ten zachodzi na sciane górna uchwytu w ksztalt paska i na sciane dolna uchwy- tu, w ksztalt pólowalu. Ponadto uchwyt w widoku z tylu ma za- rys owalny. The essence of the design is a new form of the painting tool, manifested in its shape. The painting tool has the form of a scraper and is used to scrape paint from the surfaces of windows, walls, doors, etc. The subject of the decorative pattern is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the painting tool in a side view, fig. 2 - the painting tool in a bottom view, fig. 3 - the painting tool in a view from the other side, fig. 4 - the painting tool in a perspective view from above and from the side, fig. 5 - the painting tool in a front view, fig. 6 - the painting tool in a top view, and fig. 7 - the painting tool in a back view. A painting tool in the form of a scraper, comprising a working part with an insert and a handle, is characterized in that the working part with the insert is shaped like a protrusion whose upper wall is partially flat and partially convex, with the flat part of the upper wall supporting an insert shaped like a combination of a sphere and a pyramid with concave side walls and rounded edges. Furthermore, the upper wall of the working part has an approximate outline of the letter "T," while the side walls and lower wall of the working part are arcuate, and the base of the working part is oblique, with trapezoidal, rectangular, oval, and circular areas visible within the area of the lower wall of the working part. The handle has the shape of a solid whose upper and lower faces have the outline of figures encompassing part of a circle and an isosceles trapezoid, while the area of the lower face of the handle contains a plurality of parallel rectangular fields arranged in two rows. The handle, in a side view, has the outline of a figure encompassing part of a circle and a pentagon, three of whose sides are arcuate. The area of the side face of the handle contains an elongated area with an inscribed circular outline, and this area overlaps the upper face of the handle in the shape of a strip and the lower face of the handle in the shape of a semi-oval. Furthermore, the handle, in a back view, has an oval outline.
