Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ciastko. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach i materiale ilustracyjnym, na których fig. 1- przedstawia rysunek ciastka w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - rysunek ciastka w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - material ilustracyjny ciastka w widoku perspektywicznym, zas fig. 4 - przedstawia material ilustracyjny ciastka w widoku z przodu. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac ciastka przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Ciastko charakteryzuje sie tym, ze od plaskiej podstawy lekko rozszerza sie ku górze, po czym stopniowo zweza sie ku górze, przy czym krawedzie zewnetrzne utworzone sa z elementów przypominajacych elipsy. Na ciastku umieszczone sa wypukle elementy o ksztalcie zblizonym do elips, rozmieszczone naprzemiennie i pod katem okolo 45° do podstawy. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings and illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the cookie, Fig. 2 shows a front view of the cookie, Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the cookie, and Fig. 4 shows a front view of the cookie. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the cookie, manifested in its shape. The cookie is characterized by slightly widening upwards from a flat base, then gradually narrowing upwards, with the outer edges formed by elements resembling ellipses. The cookie features convex elements with a shape similar to ellipses, arranged alternately and at an angle of approximately 45° to the base.
