Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pilnik do ciala przedstawiony na fotografiach, przeznaczony do usuwania zrogowacialego naskórka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1- przedstawia pilnik do ciala w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig. 2 - pilnik do ciala w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, fig. 3 - pilnik do ciala w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - pilnik do ciala w widoku od spodu, zas fig. 5 -przedstawia pilnik do ciala w widoku bocznym. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pilnika do ciala, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i barwie. Pilnik do ciala posiadajacy uchwyt i czesc glówna usuwajaca zrogowacialy naskórek charakteryzuje sie tym, ze uchwyt w widoku z przodu i od spodu ma ksztalt zblizony do elipsy, w której sa osadzone, elementy ozdobne w kolorze niebieskim. Od spodu uchwytu element ozdobny ma ksztalt zblizony do elipsy, a jej kraniec usytuowany jest w polowie dlugosci uchwytu. Od góry ozdobny element zblizony jest do ksztaltu pedzelka, zakonczenie którego jest lekko opuszczone ku dolnej krawedzi oraz rozciagniety jest na calej dlugosci uchwytu. Elementy ozdobne polaczone sa ze soba w zakonczeniu uchwytu. Czesc dolna uchwytu jest wybrzuszona w czesci srodkowej i jej grubosc w tym miejscu jest dwukrotnie wieksza od szerokosci przewezenia. Czesc glówna usuwajaca zrogowacialy naskórek, w widoku od dolu i z góiy, ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu z umieszczonym na niej, odpowiadajacym jej ksztaltem, materialem usuwajacym naskórek. W widoku z boku czesc ta ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata a na powierzchni bocznej czesci glównej umieszczony jest owalny element ozdobny. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the body file in a front perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the body file in a side perspective view, Fig. 3 shows the body file in a top view, Fig. 4 shows the body file in a bottom view, and Fig. 5 shows the body file in a side view. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of body file, manifested in its shape and color. The body file, having a handle and a main part that removes calloused skin, is characterized by the handle being shaped similarly to an ellipse in front and bottom views, within which blue decorative elements are embedded. At the bottom of the handle, the decorative element is shaped like an ellipse, with its tip located halfway along the handle. At the top, the decorative element resembles a brush, with the tip slightly lowered towards the lower edge and extending along the entire length of the handle. The decorative elements are interconnected at the end of the handle. The lower part of the handle is bulged in the middle, and its thickness at this point is twice the width of the narrowing. The main part, which removes calloused skin, is shaped like a trapezoid when viewed from below and above, with a correspondingly shaped material for removing the epidermis. In the side view, this part is shaped like a rectangle, and an oval decorative element is placed on the lateral surface of the main part.
