Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pilnik do stóp przedstawiony na fotografiach, przeznaczony do usuwania zrogowacialego naskórka stóp. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pilnika do stóp, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1- przedstawia widok z przodu pilnika do stóp, fig. 2 - widok od spodu na pilnik do stóp, fig. 3 - widok na koncówke uchwytu pilnika do stóp, fig. 4 - widok od czola na pilnik do stóp, fig. 5 - widok na lewy bok pilnika do stóp, zas fig. 6 przedstawia widok na prawy bok pilnika do stóp. Cechami istotnymi przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego sa odmienne od dotychczas znanych ksztalty i barwa materialu scierajacego. Pilnik do stóp posiadajacy uchwyt i czesc glówna usuwajaca zrogowacialy naskórek charakteryzuje sie tym, ze uchwyt w widoku z przodu i od spodu ma ksztalt zblizony do elipsy, w której sa osadzone, elementy ozdobne w kolorze odpowiadajacym kolorowi materialu usuwajacego naskórek. Od spodu uchwytu element ozdobny ma ksztalt zblizony do elipsy, a jej kraniec usytuowany jest w polowie dlugosci uchwytu. Z przodu ozdobny element zblizony jest do pedzelka, zakonczenie którego jest lekko uniesione ku górnej krawedzi oraz rozciagniety jest na calej dlugosci uchwytu.Czesc glówna usuwajaca zrogowaciafy naskórek ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu z umieszczonym na niej, odpowiadajacym jej ksztaltem, niebieskim materialem usuwajacym naskórek. Krawedzie boczne pilnika sa biale zas elementy ozdobne i material usuwajacy naskórek sa w kolorze niebieskim. Pilnik jest lekko wygiety ku górze i w polowie dlugosci ma przewezenie. The subject of the industrial design is the foot file shown in the photographs, intended for removing calloused skin from the feet. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of foot file, manifested in its shape and color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the front view of the foot file, Fig. 2 shows the underside of the foot file, Fig. 3 shows the tip of the foot file handle, Fig. 4 shows the front view of the foot file, Fig. 5 shows the left side of the foot file, and Fig. 6 shows the right side of the foot file. The essential features of the industrial design are the shape and color of the abrasive material, which differ from those previously known. A foot file with a handle and a main part that removes calloused skin is characterized by a handle that, when viewed from the front and underside, has a shape similar to an ellipse, containing decorative elements in a color matching the color of the material used to remove the calloused skin. The underside of the handle has a decorative element similar to an ellipse, with its tip located halfway along the handle. At the front, the decorative element resembles a brush, the tip of which is slightly raised towards the upper edge and extends along the entire length of the handle. The main part that removes calloused skin is trapezoidal in shape, with a corresponding blue material used to remove the calloused skin. The side edges of the file are white, while the decorative elements and the material used to remove the calloused skin are blue. The file is slightly curved upward and narrows at the midpoint.
