Butelka z uchwytem Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 8 kwietnia 2000 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka z uchwytem zaopatrzona w gwintowana szyjke i nakretke. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z uchwytem, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka w górnej czesci magwintowana szyjke zaopatrzona w nakretke. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, gdzie na fig. 1 przedstawiono z jej lewej strony butelke z uchwytem w widoku z boku, w srodkowej czesci fotografii przedstawiono nakretke butelki w widoku aksonometrycznym od strony jej górnej czesci, a z prawej strony fotografii przedstawiono butelke od strony jej czesci czolowej, a na fig. 2 pokazano nakretki butelki w widoku z boku w róznych wersjach kolorystycznych. Jak pokazano na fotografii butelka ma uchwyt znajdujacy sie w polowie jej wysokosci i zaopatrzona jest w górnej czesci w gwintowana szyjke dla nakretki. Nakretka zlozona jest z cylindrycznej czesci górnej, cylindrycznej czesci srodkowej zaopatrzonej w wypukle, obwodowo rozmieszczone wystepy o ksztalcie ostroslupów scietych i cylindrycznej czesci dolnej. W górnej czesci butelka ma ksztalt zblizony do splaszczonego stozka scietego laczacego sie w najszerszym miejscu z bryla geometryczna której ksztalt zblizony jest do splaszczonego stozka scietego o malym kacie nachylenia pobocznicy. W srodkowej czesci butelki jest uchwyt, który tworzy z pozostala czescia butelki wyjecie w ksztalcie owalu. Górna czesc butelki w ksztalcie zblizonym do splaszczonego stozka scietego ma po obu stronach swych bocznych powierzchni, trzy lukowo nachylone oble wystepy rozmieszczone w formie wachlarza, które w najszerszym miejscu sa zakonczone póllukowo i zwezaja sie w kierunku uchwytu, laczac sie w jedna lukowa krawedz, tworzaca zewnetrzny obrys uchwytu. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle with a handle, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements. The bottle has a threaded neck with a screw cap at the top. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached photographs, where Fig. 1 shows a bottle with a handle in a side view on the left side, in the middle part of the photo the bottle cap is shown axonometric view from its upper part, and on the right side of the photo the bottle is shown from its frontal portion, and Fig. 2 shows a side view of the bottle caps in different color versions. As shown in the photo, the bottle has a handle halfway up its height and has a threaded neck for a cap on the top. The nut is composed of a cylindrical upper portion, a cylindrical central portion provided with convex circumferentially spaced pyramid-shaped projections and a cylindrical lower portion. In the upper part, the shape of the bottle is similar to a flattened truncated cone joining at its widest point with a geometric solid whose shape is similar to a flat truncated cone with a small angle of inclination of the side surface. In the middle of the bottle there is a handle which forms an oval-shaped cutout from the rest of the bottle. The upper part of the bottle, in the shape close to the flat cone, has, on both sides of its side surfaces, three curved oblique projections arranged in the form of a fan, which end in a semi-arc at the widest point and tapered towards the handle, joining into one arched edge forming outer contour of the handle.
