Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Wzór zdobniczy butelki uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przed- stawia butelke w widoku z boku z jednej strony, z podniesionym uchwytem, lig. 2 przedstawia te sama butelke w widoku od strony tego samego boku. z opuszczonym uchwytem, lig. 3 przedstawia te sama butelke w widoku od przodu, z. uchwytem w polozeniu pokazanym na fig.2. a fig. 4 przedstawia te sanu butelke w widoku z góry, z opuszczonym uchwytem. Butelka z kolpakiem ma zmienny kolowy przekrój poprzeczny, ksztaltowa powierzchnie boczna, majaca przewezenie w przyblizeniu w polowie swe] wysokosci oraz plaskie dno. Czesc dolna butelki ma ksztalt zblizony cio beczki o zarysie kolowym, której powierzchnia boczna posiada na cahm swym obwodzie powierzchnie wzorzysta przypominajaca szklo krysztalowe, element} ozdobnektórej rozmieszczone sa nieregularnie i maja postac szeregu zasadniczo prostych linii o róznej dlugosci i orientacji, w górnej czesci tej powierzchni, oraz postac wielu figur geometrycznych w ksztalcie wielokatów, w przewadze trapezów, trójkatów i równolegloboków, i figur podobnych do wielokatów o róznym ksztal- cie i wielkosci, w dolnej czesci tej powierzchni, a czesc srodkowa, stanowiaca przewezenie, ma powierzchnie gladka i ograniczona jest, w widoku z boku, zarysem linii lukowej obustronnie i symetrycznie wkleslej w kierunku do osi butelki i majacej, wraz z przylegajacymi do niej liniami czesci dolnej i czesci górnej zarysu powierzchni bocznej butelki, ksztalt silnie splaszczonej sinusoidy. Czesc górna butelki ma ksztalt zblizony do elipsoidy ze scietymi wierzchol- kami, i od góry zakonczona jest dwuczesciowym kolpakiem w ksztalcie zblizonym do stozka scietego, przy czym czesc górna kolpaka ma postac odwróconej miski i posiada w widoku z boku ksztalt trapezu równoramiennego, a czesc dolna tego kolpaka ma postac szerokiej opaski posiadajacej w widoku z boku ksztalt zblizony do trapezu równoramiennego, z centralnie polozonym wybraniem, które w widoku z boku ma ksztalt zblizony do zarysu cwiartki okregu, a w widoku z przodu postac pólokraglego wyciecia lezacego przy górnej krawedzi tej opaski. Czesc dolna kolpaka posiada takze symetrycznie polozony uchwyt pierscie- niowy o gladkiej powierzchni w ksztalcie zblizonym do zarysu kolowego, o zwiek- szajacej sie stopniowo grubosci w kierunku od tylu butelki do jej czola, który w widoku z boku ma ksztalt lekko wygietego palaka o zarysie linii lukowej wypu- kloscia skierowana do góry. PL PL PLBottle The right of registration of an ornamental design is valid from February 9, 2001. Priority: August 9, 2000 WIPO The subject of the ornamental design is a bottle. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, and surfaces. The bottle's ornamental design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a side view from one side, with the handle raised, lowered. Fig. 2 shows the same bottle in a side view, with the handle lowered, lowered. Fig. 3 shows the same bottle in a front view, with the handle in the position shown in Fig. 2, and Fig. 4 shows the same bottle in a top view, with the handle lowered. A bottle with a cap has a variable circular cross-section, a shaped lateral surface that narrows approximately halfway down its height, and a flat bottom. The lower part of the bottle has a shape similar to that of a barrel with a circular outline, the side surface of which has a patterned surface along its entire circumference resembling crystal glass, decorative elements which are arranged irregularly and have the form of a series of essentially straight lines of various lengths and orientations in the upper part of that surface, and the form of many geometric figures in the shape of polygons, predominantly trapeziums, triangles and parallelograms, and figures similar to polygons of various shapes and sizes in the lower part of that surface, and the central part, constituting the narrowing, has a smooth surface and is limited, in a side view, by the outline of an arc line concave on both sides and symmetrically towards the axis of the bottle and having, together with the adjacent lines of the lower part and the upper part of the outline of the side surface of the bottle, the shape of a strongly flattened sinusoid. The upper part of the bottle has a shape close to an ellipsoid with truncated tops, and is topped with a two-part cap in a shape close to a truncated cone, wherein the upper part of the cap has the form of an inverted bowl and has the shape of an isosceles trapezoid in a side view, and the lower part of the cap has the form of a wide band having the shape close to an isosceles trapezoid in a side view, with a centrally located recess which in a side view has the shape close to the outline of a quarter circle, and in a front view has the form of a semicircular notch lying at the upper edge of the band. The lower part of the cap also has a symmetrically placed ring handle with a smooth surface in a shape close to a circle, gradually increasing in thickness from the back of the bottle to its front, which, when viewed from the side, has the shape of a slightly curved bow with an arc-shaped outline, with the convexity pointing upwards.
