Known candles, including multicolored ones, are a solid shape whose walls are decorated with embossing similar to various geometric figures. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings from Fig. 1 to Fig. 6, in which Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3 are candles that are part of a cylinder, and Fig. 4, Fig. 5, and Fig. 6 are candles that are part of a prism. According to the industrial design, the colored candle has a shape that is part of a cylinder or prism, cut off by a plane running parallel to the height of the solid. It has identical rectangular cutouts on one side. The protrusions created this way have the same shape as the cutouts. Each cutout and protrusion contains a wick. The candle's color is heterogeneous, with varying degrees of saturation and is distributed unevenly across the entire surface. Furthermore, the candle's surface features a visible concave relief of various lines, creating a pattern resembling a heavily cracked wall. Some of the lines are highlighted with a color distinctly different from the candle itself. The colored candle is made in varieties that differ in the type of decoration and shape. The first colored candle, shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3, has a shape that is part of a cylinder cut off by a plane running parallel to its height. It has identical rectangular cutouts on one side. The protrusions created this way are identical in shape to the cutouts. Each cutout and protrusion contains a wick. The candle's color is non-uniform, with varying degrees of saturation and is distributed unevenly across the entire surface, with clearly visible darker spots. Furthermore, the candle's surface features a concave relief of various lines, creating a pattern resembling a heavily cracked wall. Some of the lines, particularly at the bottom of the candle, are highlighted with a color clearly lighter than the candle itself. The second type of colored candle, shown in Fig. 4, Fig. 5, and Fig. 6, has a shape that is part of a prism cut off by a plane running parallel to its height. It has identical rectangular cutouts on one side. The protrusions created this way are identical in shape to the cutouts. A wick is visible in each cutout and protrusion. The candle's color is heterogeneous, with slightly varying degrees of saturation, creating shadows. Furthermore, the candle's surface features a concave relief of various lines, creating a pattern resembling a heavily cracked wall. Some of the lines, particularly those below halfway up, are accentuated with a darker color, clearly different from the candle's color. Essential features of the industrial design 1. Moreover, on the surface of the candle there is a visible concave relief made of various lines creating a pattern similar to a heavily cracked wall, with some of the lines, especially below half the height, highlighted with a darker color clearly different from the color of the candle as shown in Fig. 4, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6.
