PL 25412 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest czarny lampion przeznaczony do wypalania w nim wkladów parafinowych, olejowych, jak równiez elektrycznych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnej czarnej kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, oraz Fig. 3. Czarny lampion sklada sie z nakrycia, charakterystycznego szklanego kasetonu, oraz charakterystycznej podstawy, o charakterystycznych ksztaltach i ukladzie linii przy czym wzór przemyslowy posiada i chroni wylacznie charakterystyczna kolorystyke. Jak na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, oraz Fig. 3. Kaseton czarnego lampionu, którego sciany sa wykonane z powierzchni plaskich charakteryzuje sie tym, ze lewy i prawy bok kasetonu ma ksztalt prostokatów, natomiast front, oraz tyl kasetonu jest wyposazony w zaokraglone boczne krawedzie, ksztaltem przypominajace uklad taliowanej sukienki „rybki", przy czym wszystkie krawedzie kasetonu zostaly wyszlifowane, przy czym frontowa i tylna sciana kasetonu wykonane sa z czarnego szkla. Odmiany wzoru przemyslowego róznia sie zastosowana we frontowej czesci kasetonu dekoracja, lub jej brakiem i tak: 1. Odmiana I – z dekoracja w formie krzyza i metalicznych nakladek umieszczonych na krawedziach bocznych we frontowej czesci kasetonu. Jak na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, oraz Fig. 3. 2. Odmiana II – przedstawia czarny lampion bez dodatkowej dekoracji we frontowej czesci kasetonu. Jak na Fig. 3. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest to, iz kaseton, którego sciany sa wykonane z powierzchni plaskich charakteryzujace sie tym, ze lewy i prawy bok kasetonu ma ksztalt prostokatów, natomiast front, oraz tyl kasetonu jest wyposazony w boczne krawedzie zaokraglone, ksztaltem przypominajace uklad taliowanej sukienki „rybki", przy czym wszystkie krawedzie kasetonu zostaly wyszlifowane, przy czym frontowa i tylna sciana kasetonu wykonane sa z czarnego szkla. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze w odmianie I kaseton posiada dekoracje w formie krzyza i metalicznych nakladek umieszczonych na krawedziach bocznych we frontowej czesci kasetonu. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested in its original black color scheme. The industrial design is shown in the drawings: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. The black lantern consists of a cover, a distinctive glass coffer, and a distinctive base with characteristic shapes and line layout. The industrial design possesses and protects only the distinctive color scheme. As in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. The black lantern coffer, the walls of which are made of flat surfaces, is characterized by the fact that the left and right sides of the coffer are rectangular, while the front and back of the coffer are equipped with rounded side edges, shaped like a fitted "fish" dress, with all edges of the coffer being polished, and the front and back walls of the coffer being made of black glass. As in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. The industrial design can occur in two varieties, with the elements indicated above constituting their common features. The varieties of the industrial design differ in the decoration used in the front part of the coffer, or its absence, as follows: 1. Variation I – with decoration in the form of a cross and metallic overlays placed on the side edges in the front part of the coffer. As in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. 2. Variation II – shows a black lantern without additional decoration in the front part of the coffer. As in Fig. 3. Essential features of the industrial design.
