PL 26673 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampion przeznaczony do wypalania w nim wkladów parafinowych, olejowych, jak równiez elektrycznych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii, oraz zdobieniu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysun- kach: Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, oraz Fig. 1.3. Lampion sklada sie z nakrycia, charakterystycznego szklanego kasetonu, oraz podstawy, o cha- rakterystycznych ksztaltach i ukladzie linii jak na Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, oraz Fig. 1.3. Kaseton lampionu, którego sciany sa przezroczyste wykonane z powierzchni plaskich charakte- ryzujacy sie tym, ze w wewnetrznej czesci kasetonu znajduje sie przestrzenna bryla wykonana z pól- przezroczystego materialu, korzystnie przydymianego, lub zmatowionego szkla, jak na Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, oraz Fig. 1.3. Lampion którego nakrycie i podstawa sa czarne, którego przednia i tylna sciana sa rozszerzone w dolnej czesci. Jak na Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, oraz Fig. 1.3. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its original shape, line arrangement, and decoration. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings: Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, and Fig. 1.3. The lantern consists of a cover, a characteristic glass coffer, and a base with characteristic shapes and line arrangement as in Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, and Fig. 1.3. A lantern coffer whose walls are transparent and made of flat surfaces, characterized in that the inner part of the coffer contains a spatial block made of semi-transparent material, preferably smoked or frosted glass, as in Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, and Fig. 1.3. A lantern whose cover and base are black, the front and rear walls of which are widened at the lower part. As in Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, and Fig. 1.3. At the front of the coffer, on the inner spatial block from the front, a decoration in the form of a black rose is placed, as in Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, and Fig. 1.3. Essential Features of an Industrial Design An essential feature of the industrial design is that the lantern consists of a cover, a characteristic glass coffer, and a base with characteristic shapes and line arrangement as in Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, and Fig. 1.3. An essential feature of the industrial design is that in the lantern coffer the walls are transparent and made of flat surfaces, characterized in that in the inner part of the coffer there is a spatial shape made of translucent material, preferably smoked or frosted glass, as in Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, and Fig. 1.3. An essential feature of the industrial design is that the cover and base of the lantern are black, and the front and back walls are widened at the lower part. As in Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, and Fig. 1.3. An important feature of the industrial design is that at the front of the cassette, on the internal three-dimensional block from the front, there is a decoration in the form of a black rose, as in Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, and Fig. 1.3.
