Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un anticuerpo biespecifico que se une a CD3 y al receptor de folato 1 (FolR1): en el que el anticuerpo biespecifico comprende: i) un primer dominio de union al antigeno capaz de unirse especificamente a CD3, que comprende una region variable de la cadena pesada (VH) de SEQ ID NO: 7 que comprende una region determinante de la complementariedad de la cadena pesada (HCDR) 1 de SEQ ID NO: 2, una HCDR 2 de SEQ ID NO: 3 y una HCDR 3 de SEQ ID NO: 5 y una region variable de la cadena ligera (VL) de SEQ ID NO: 11 que comprende una region determinante de la complementariedad de la cadena ligera (LCDR) 1 de SEQ ID NO: 8, una LCDR 2 de SEQ ID NO: 9 y una LCDR 3 de SEQ ID NO: 10, y ii) un segundo dominio de union al antigeno capaz de unirse especificamente a FolR1. Tambien se refiere a un polinucleotido aislado que codifica el anticuerpo biespecifico, una celula huesped que comprende dicho polinucleotido, un procedimiento de produccion y una composicion farmaceutica. El anticuerpo biespecifico de la invencion es util en el tratamiento del cancer.
