Abstract
El equipo "deshidratador de lodos" es una maquina que permite retirar agua con baja turbidez desde lodos o pastas aguadas de origen industrial o minero con el objetivo de: - Optimizar procesos de recuperacion de minerales como flotacion mediante el aumento de densidad del lodo, - Espesar lodos o pastas aguadas para optimizar procesos de filtracion y secado, tambien para disposicion de relaves mineros. - Concentracion y disposicion de solidos en suspension y recuperacion y reciclaje de aguas limpias o clarificadas. El equipo "deshidratador de lodos" se disena en base a un estanque rectangular provisto de la infraestructura necesaria para contener en su interior una serie de placas de succion conectadas a un sistema de vacio a traves de las cuales se ejecuta el proceso de separacion solido liquido y por otra parte, contener el mecanismo de limpieza o carro de limpieza con su sistema motriz confeccionado en base a pistones neumaticos o hidraulicos, requerido para limpiar el medio filtrante de las placas de succion y mantenerlas permanentemente operativas.Segun el punto de alimentacion del "deshidratador de lodos" y del diseno del cono inferior o fondo del estanque rectangular, sera el beneficio que prestara en la operacion industrial y minera.
