Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un metodo para curvar hojas, en el que una hoja se fija en una camara de curvado sobre una superficie de contacto de un molde y se coloca mediante el molde sobre un bastidor, en el que el molde se introduce en la camara de curvado antes de la fijacion de la hoja en la camara de curvado, sin la hoja fija, y se extrae de la camara de curvado despues de colocar la hoja en el bastidor, sin la hoja fija. La invencion se refiere ademas a un dispositivo para curvar hojas, que comprende una camara de curvado que se puede calentar a una temperatura adecuada para curvar hojas, al menos un molde que esta fijo en la camara de curvado y tiene una superficie de contacto para fijar una hoja y que esta dispuesto de forma permanente en la camara de curvado durante el procesamiento de una hoja en la camara de curvado, y al menos un molde transportable que tiene una superficie de contacto para fijar una hoja y a veces esta dispuesto fuera de la camara de curvado durante el procesamiento de una hoja en el camara de curvado. El molde transportable se fija sobre un transportador de molde movible, en el que el molde transportable se puede introducir en la camara de curvado y se puede extraer de la camara de curvado moviendo el transportador de molde, en donde el molde transportable (7) sirve para introducirlo en la camara de curvado (2), sin hoja (52) fijada sobre el y extraerlo de la camara de curvado (2) sin hoja (52) fijada sobre el.
