Abstract

Предложен способ отламывания, содержащий этап прочерчивания на поверхности стекла посредством режущего инструмента линии реза, разграничивающей внешний контур упомянутой внутренней формы и внутренний контур периферической формы; приведение в контакт периферической формы стеклянного листа со средством опоры вдоль внешнего контура внутренней формы; использование средства деформации для деформирования внутренней формы и периферической формы с образованием выпуклого изгиба по направлению к стороне, противоположной к линии реза. Дифференциальная деформация между внутренней формой и периферической формой является достаточной для отламывания внутренней формы вдоль линии реза и создания расстояния, необходимого для извлечения внутренней формы, без контакта по отношению к периферической форме. Извлечение осуществляют с поддержанием выпуклого изгиба.
