Abstract
Se refiere a un compuesto representado por la formula expuesta, o una sal farmaceuticamente aceptable y/o un estereoisomero del mismo, caracterizado porque: X y Y son NR1 o CR2R2 (uno de estos es NR1); R1 se selecciona de H, alquiloC1-C6, entre otros; q es 0 o 1; r es 1 o 2; R2 se selecciona de forma independiente de H, halogeno, entre otros; R3 se selecciona de H, fenilo, entre otros; R5 se selecciona de forma independiente de H, alquiloC1-C6, entre otros; R6 es 1 o 2 sustituyentes por cada carbono de anillo disponible (se selecciona de halogeno, alquiloC1-C6, entre otros); R7 se selecciona de forma independiente de H, halogeno, entre otros; y R9 se selecciona de forma independiente de H, halogeno, entre otros; y a una formulacion o composicion farmaceutica que comprende al compuesto de la invencion (puede ser su mezcla racemica) junto a un excipiente farmaceuticamente aceptable (segun su via de administracion. Tambien se refiere a metodos de preparacion y de tratamiento (para esto tambien se pueden emplear terapias de combinacion con uno o mas de otros agentes activos). La presente invencion es util para el tratamiento de afecciones tales como depresion y trastornos relacionados mediante la modulacion de la actividad del receptor de N-metil-d-aspartato (NMDA).
