Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere un pienso para animales o aditivo de pienso para animales que comprende uno o mas polipeptidos que tienen actividad fitasa y uno o mas polipeptidos que tienen actividad lisozima, donde: (a) el polipeptido que tiene actividad lisozima es de la familia 25 de glucosil hidroliasa y se obtiene o se puede obtener del reino Fungi; y (b) el polipeptido que tiene actividad fitasa se clasifica como una fitasa EC 3.1.3.26 (4-fitasa). El pienso para animales aumenta las baterias del genero Faecalibacterium en la microbiota del tubo GI de un animal. Tambien refiere un metodo de mejora del factor de eficacia de produccion europeo (EPEF) y/o el indice de conversion del pienso (FCR). La presente invencion es util para el tratamiento de una infeccion por Clostridium perfringens.
