DICHO COMPUESTO INCLUYE: i) UNA BASE INTERESTERIFICADA FORMADA DE ACEITE DE SEMILLA DE ALGODON LIQUIDO EN UNA MAYOR PROPORCION Y ACEITE DE SEMILLA DE ALGODON COMPLETAMENTE HIDROGENADO, ii) ACEITE DE PALMA COMPLETAMENTE HIDROGENADO, Y iii) UN ANTIOXIDANTE; TAL COMPUESTO CONTIENE UN LIMITE MAXIMO DE 2% DE ACIDOS GRASOS TRANS Y UN CONTENIDO DE ACIDOS GRASOS SATURADOS INFERIOR A 48% EN PESO EN RELACION CON EL PESO TOTAL DEL COMPUESTO. EL PROCESO DE PREPARACION DE DICHO COMPUESTO COMPRENDE LAS FASES DE HIDROGENACION COMPLETA DEL ACEITE VEGETAL, INTERESTERIFICACION DE ACEITE HIDROGENADO, Y DESODORIZACION DEL ACEITESAID COMPOUND INCLUDES: i) AN INTERESTERIFIED BASE FORMED FROM LIQUID COTTON SEED OIL IN A HIGHER PROPORTION AND COMPLETELY HYDROGENATED COTTON SEED OIL, ii) FULLY HYDROGENATED PALM OIL, AND iii) UNTIE HYDROGENATED PALM OIL; SUCH COMPOUND CONTAINS A MAXIMUM LIMIT OF 2% TRANS FATTY ACIDS AND A CONTENT OF SATURATED FATTY ACIDS LESS THAN 48% BY WEIGHT IN RELATION TO THE TOTAL WEIGHT OF THE COMPOUND.
