COMPOSICION EMULSIONADA DE CAUCHO DE ESTIRENO-BUTADIENO HECHA MEDIANTE COAGULACION DE UNA MEZCLA DE LATEX DE : i) CAUCHO DE ESTIRENO-BUTADIENO DE ALTO PESO MOLECULAR PROMEDIO APROXIMADO, DE POR LO MENOS 300 000; ii) CAUCHO DE ESTIRENO-BUTADIENO DE BAJO PESO MOLECULAR PROMEDIO APROXIMADO, INFERIOR A 280 000. LA PROPORCION DE CAUCHO DE ESTIRENO-BUTADIENO DE ALTO PESO MOLECULAR AL CAUCHO DE ESTIRENO-BUTADIENO DE BAJO PESO MOLECULAR ESTA EN UN LIMITE APROXIMADO ENTRE 80:20 A 25:75. EL CONTENIDO DE ESTIRENO LIGADO DEL CAUCHO DE ESTIRENO-BUTADIENO DE ALTO PESO MOLECULAR, DIFIERE DEL CONTENIDO DE ESTIRENO LIGADO DEL CAUCHO DE ESTIRENO-BUTADIENO DE BAJO PESO MOLECULAR POR LO MENOS EN 5 %. EL PROCESO PARA PREPARAR DICHA COMPOSICION COMPRENDE : i) CARGAR AGUA, UN SISTEMA DE JABON, UN GENERADOR DE RADICAL LIBRE, UN MONOMERO 1,3-BUTADIENO Y UN MONOMERO DE ESTIRENO EN UNA PRIMERA ZONA DE POLIMERIZACION; ii) DEJAR QUE LOS MONOMEROS DE (i) SE COPOLIMERIZEN A UNA CONVERSION MONOMERICA EN UN LIMITE APROXIMADO DE 15% A 40%; iii) CARGAR LO OBTENIDO EN (ii) EN UNA SEGUNDA ZONA DE POLIMERIZACION; iv) AGREGAR A (iii) UNA CANTIDAD ADICIONAL DE LOS MONOMEROS DE (i); v) DEJAR QUE CONTINUE LA POLIMERIZACION HASTA OBTENER UNA CONVERSION MONOMERICA DE POR LO MENOS 50% PARA PRODUCIR EL LATEX DE CAUCHO DE ESTIRENO-BUTADIENO
