Abstract
Oppfinnelsen angår en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av en sjokolade med hul masse, hvor en sjokolade med hul masse med minst ett første og ett andre kammer adskilt av en skillevegg lett kan fremstilles. For dette formålet helles sjokolademasse på dosert måte inn i en første del av en hul form som er oppdelt i minst en første og en andre del. Den første formdelen lukkes med et dekke og sentrifugeres inntil en delvis hul masse med det første kammeret, og en vegg dannet på dekket fremstilles i den første formdelen. Dekket fjernes derpå og den andre formdelen, som er fylt på dosert måte med sjokolademasse, plasseres på veggen og sentrifugeres inntil en andre delvis hul masse fullstendig dannet på den første delvis hule massen og som har det andre kammeret fremstilles i den andre formdelen.
