Abstract
Spinnflor blir fremstilt l en vanlig florblandings- Innretnlng (1). Smeltet polymer spinnes fra flere rekker av spinndyser (2) som står etter hverandre. Der blir de enkelte rekkene av spinndyser, henholdsvis grupper (3,4), tilført forskjellige polymerer, som danner bæreflbrene og bindefibrene. Den utspundne pol- ymerstrømmen blir strukket på kjent måte, og for eksempel pålagt med strøtekstur på et transportbånd (5). Det dannede primære spinnflor har adskilte sjikt, hvor vekselvis bindefibre eller bærefibre danner hoveddelen. Primærfloret blir deretter termisk festet, først over en varm valse i en forhåndsfeste-innretnlng (7). Det forfestede flor blir så behandlet i en mellom-festlngs- anretning (8), hvor bindefibrene under anvendelse av forhøyet temperatur og eventuelt trykk, blir så smeltet at de hovedsakelig mister sin gjennomgående fiber- struktur. Deretter blir det tilført et flatelegemet (9) på en eller begge sider. SJiktstoffet blir så dannet ved at kombinasjonen av spinnflor og flatelegemet blir så limt ved anvendelse av forhøyet temperatur og eventuelt trykk, for eksempel i en varmluftsovn eller for- trinnsvis på en netttrommel-fIkserer (10), hvor temperaturen ligger over smeltepunktet til binde- polymeren og et klebesjikt dannes mellom florstoffet og flatelegemet. Til sist blir det ferdige sjiktstoffet opprullet (11) på vanlig måte.
