Abstract
En sveisbar rørdel omfatter et hylseelement (2) av termoplastmateriale. Rørdelen har et spenningsopptakende parti (10) av større veggtykkelse, et endeparti (11, 12) av større veggtykkelse, og et sveisopptakende parti (8, 9) av mindre veggtykkelse mellom det spenningsopptakende parti og endepartiet. Det spenningsopptakende parti (10) er innrettet til ved bruk å ligge over enden av røret (17, 18) som skal forbindes med rørdelen. Glødetråden eller -trådene er anordnet over en lengde av hylsen som i det minste for størstedelen befinner seg innenfor hylsens (2) sveisopptakende parti (8, 9).
