Abstract

Fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av et porøst materiale med åpne porer. Det dannes en emulsjonsopp- slemning ved omrøring av en blanding omfattende (i) en epoksyforbindelse som har minst en epoksyring i moleky- let, (ii) et herdemiddel som kan rea- gere med epoksyforbindelsen og forår- sake herding av denne, (iii) et fyll- stoff og (iv) vann. Den resulterende emulsjonsoppslemning støpes i en van- nugjennomtrengelig form, og oppslem- ningen herdes mens dens vanninnhold : opprettholdes. Det nye består i at det tilsettes oppløselige salter til . blandingen. Fremgangsmåten gjør det mulig å frem- stille i stor skala porøse materialer med åpne porer og en komplisert form 1 under regulering av krympefaktoren og vann- og luftpermeabilitetsegenska- pene til ønskede nivåer, samtidig som variasjonene i disse egenskaper redu- seres.
