Description
Oppfinnelsen vedrører nye fluorerte 1-triazolyl-butan-derivater og deres anvendelse som fungisider.
Det er allerede kjent at klorerte og bromerte 1-triazoly1-butan-derivater har gode fungiside egenskaper (sammenlign DOS 2 632 603). Videre er det kjent at 1-(4-klorfenyl)-4,4-dimety1-2-(1,2,4-triazo1-1-yl)-3-pentanon har en go"d fungisid virkning (sammenlign DOS 27 34 426).
Virkningen av disse forbindelser er imidlertid, ' spesielt ved lavere anvendte mengder og -konsentrasjoner ikke alltid helt tilfredsstillende.
Oppfinnelsen vedrører nye fluorerte 1-triazolyl-butan-derivater med den generelle formel
hvori .
Az betyr 1,2,4-triazol-1-yl eller 1,2,4-triazol-4-yl, B betyr ketogruppén eller CH(OH)-grupperingen,
X betyr hydrogen eller fluor,
Z betyr halogen, alkyl, nitro, cyano, alkoksy-'karbonyl eller eventuelt substituert fenyl og
n betyr 0, 1, 2 eller 3
samt deres syre- eller metallsalt-addukter.
De forbindelser med formel (I), hvori B betyr CH(OH)-grupperingen, har to asymmetriske karbonatomer; de kan derfor foreligge i de to geometriske isomere (treo- og erytro-formen), som kan fremkomme i forskjellige mengdeforhold. I begge tilfeller foreligger de som optiske isomere. Samtlige isomere omfattes av oppfinnelsen.
De fluorerte 1-triazolyl-butan-derivatene med formel (I) fås når halogeneterketoner med formel
hvori
X, Z og n har den ovennevnte betydning og
Hal betyr halogen, fortrinnsvis klor eller brom . omsettes med 1,2,4-triazol i nærvær av et syrebindemiddel og eventuelt i nærvær av et fortynningsmiddel og
eventuelt reduseres på vanlig måte., dessuten de
dannede ketoderivater etter kjente metoder.
Til de således dannede forbindelser med formel (I) kan det eventuelt deretter adderes en syre eller et metallsalt.
De nye fluorerte 1-triazolyl-butan-derivater har sterke fungiside egenskaper. Derved viser overraskende forbindelsen ifølge oppfinnelsen en betraktelig høyere virkning, enn de fra teknikkens stand kjente klorerte og bromerte
1-triazolyl-butan-derivater, så er de kjemisk og virkningsmessig nærmestliggende forbindelser; og den likeledes kjente 1 -(4-klorfenyl)-4,4-dimetyl-2-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-3-pentanon,
som også kjemisk og virkningsmessig er en nærliggende forbindelse. Stoffene ifølge oppfinnelsen betyr således en berikelse av teknikken.
De fluorerte 1-triazolyl-butan-derivater ifølge oppfinnelsen er generelt definert med formel (I). I denne formel betyr Z fortrinnsvis halogen, alkyl med 1 til 4 karbonatomér, nitro, cyano, alkoksykarbonyl med 1 til 4 karbonatomér i alkyldel, samt eventuelt med halogen substituert fenyl. Az, B, X og indekset n har fortrinnsvis en betydning som er angitt under oppfinnelsesdefinisjonen.
Helt spesielt foretrukket er de fluorerte 1-triazolyl-butan-derivater hvor Z betyr fluor, klor, brom, jod, metyl, etyl, nitro, cyano, metoksykarbpnyl, etoksykarbonyl, fenyl eller klorfenyl, indekset n betyr 0, 1 eller 2 og Az, B samt X har den i oppfinnelsesdefinisjonen angitte betydning.
I detalj skal det foruten de i fremstillings-eksempelet nevnte forbindelser nevnes følgende forbindelse med den generelle formel (I):
Anvender man eksempelvis 1-brom-1-(4-klorfenoksy)-3,3-dimetyl-4-fluor-butan-2-on og 1,2,4-triazol som utgangs-stoffer, så kan reaksjonsforløpet gjengis med følgende formelskjerna:

De ved gjennomføringen av fremgangsmåten som utgangs-stoffer anvendte halogeneterketoner er generelt definert med formel (II). I denne formel betyr X, Z og indekset n fortrinnsvis de rester som allerede ble nevnt i forbindelse med omtalen av stoffene med formel (I) ifølge oppfinnelsen, fortrinnsvis for disse substituenter.
Halogeneterketonene med formel (II) er ennå ikke kjent.
De kan imidlertid fås ved de kjente fremgangsmåter (sammenlign f.eks.. DOS 2 632 603), idet f.eks. kjente fenoler med formel

Z og n har den ovennevnte betydning omsettes med et halogenketon med formel

X har den ovennevnte betydning og
Hal<1>betyr klor eller brom.
Det ennå igjenblevne aktive hydrogenatom utveksles deretter
på vanlig måte mot halogen (sammenlign også fremstillingseksemplene).
Halogenketonene med formel (IV) er likeledes heller ikke kjent. De kan imidlertid fås på generelt vanlige og kjente måter, idet fluorderivater av 3,3-dimetyl-butan-2-on med formel
hvori
X har den ovennevnte betydning,
blandes med klor eller brom i nærvær av et inert organisk oppløsningsmiddel som eksempelvis eter eller klorerte hydrokarboner ved værelsetemperatur (sammenlign også fremstillingseksemplene), eller omsettes med vanlige kloreringsmidler som eksempelvis sulforylklorid ved 20 til 60°C.
Fluorderivatene av 3,3-dimetyl-butan-2-on med formel (V) er. heller, ikke kjent. De er imidlertid gjenstand for søkerens eldre patentsøknad som ennå ikke hører til teknikkens stand (tysk patentsøknad P 28 43 767 av 6.10.78). Man får fluorderivatene av 3,3-dimetyl-butan-2-on med formel (V), når sulfonsyreestere med formel
hvori
R betyr alkyl med 1 til 4 karbonatomér, spesielt metyl eller aryl med 6 til 12 karbonatomér, spesielt fenyl eller tolyl, og
Y betyr hydrogen eller gruppen -O-S^-R,
omsettes med metallfluorider som eksempelvis natrium- og kaliumfluorid i nærvær av et polart organisk oppløsnings-middel som eksempelvis di-, tri- eller tetraetylenglykol ved temperaturer mellom 80 og' 250°C (sammenlign også fremstillingseksemplene).
Sulfonsyreestrene med formel (VI) er delvis kjent (J-Org-Chem. 35, 2391 (1970)). De ennå ikke kjente forbindelser kan fås etter litteraturkjente fremgangsmåter fra de tilsvarende hydroksybutanoner og sulfoklorider i nærvær av baser (se f.eks. Houben-Weyl, Methoden der Org. Chemie, bind IX, side 388 og 663, samt angivelsene i fremstillingseksemplene).
For omsetningen ifølge oppfinnelsen kommer det som fortynningsmiddel på tale inerte organiske .oppløsningsmidler. Hertil hører fortrinnsvis ketoner som dietylketon og spesielt aceton og metyletylketon; nitriler som propionitril, spesielt acetonitril; alkoholer som etanol eller isopropanol; etere som tetrahy.drofuran eller dioksan; benzen; toluen; formamider som spesielt dimetylformamid og halogenerte hydrokarboner.
Omsetningen ifølge oppfinnelsen foretas.i nærvær av en syrebinder. Man kan tilsette alle vanligvis anvendbare "uorganiske eller organiske syrebindere,som alkalikarbonater, eksempelvis natriumkarbonat, kaliumkarbonat og natrium-hydrogenkarbonat, eller som lavere tertiære alkylaminer, cykloalkylaminer eller aralkylaminer, eksempelvis trietyl-amin, N,N-dimetylcykloheksylamin, dicykloheksylamin, N,N-dimetylbenzylamin, videre pyridin og diazabicyklooktan.
Fortrinnsvis anvender man et tilsvarende overskudd
av triazo"l..
Reaksjonstemperaturene kan varieres innen et stort område. Vanligvis arbeider man mellom ca. 20 til ca. 150°C, fortrinnsvis ved 60 til 120°C. Ved nærvær av et oppløsnings-middel arbeides hensiktsmessig med det eventuelle oppløs-ningsmiddels kokepunkt.
Ved gjennomføring av fremgangsmåten ifølge oppfinnelsen anvender man på 1 mol av forbindelsen med formel (II) fortrinnsvis 2 mol triazol og 1 til 2 mol syrebinder. For isolering av forbindelsen med formel (I) avdestilleres opp-løsningsmiddelet, og residuet opptas med et organisk opp-løsningsmiddel og vaskes med .vann. Den organiske fase tørkes over natriumsulfat og befris i vakuum for oppløsningsmiddel. Residuet renses ved destillering resp. omkrystallisering eller saltdannelse og omkrystallisering.
Reduksjonen ifølge oppfinnelsen foregår på vanlig måte, f.eks. ved omsetning med komplekse hydrider, eventuelt i nærvær av et fortynningsmiddel eller ved omsetning med aluminium-isopropylat i nærvær av et fortynningsmiddel.
Arbeider man med komplekse hydrider, så kommer det som fortynningsmiddel for omsetningen ifølge oppfinnelsen på tale polare organiske oppløsningsmidler. Hertil hører fortrinnsvis alkoholer som metanol, etanol, butanol, isopropanol, og etere som dietyleter eller tetrahydrofuran. Reaksjonen gjennomføres vanligvis ved 0 til 3.0°C, fortrinnsvis ved 0 til 20°C. Hertil anvender man på 1 mol av ketonet med formel (I) ca. 1 mol av et komplekst hydrid som natriumborhydrid eller litiumalanat. Til isolering av de reduserte . forbindelser med formel (I) opptas residuet i fortynnet saltsyre, deretter gjøres alkalisk og ekstraheres med et organisk oppløsningsmiddel. Den videre opparbeidelse foregår på vanlig måte.
Arbeider man med aluminiumisopropylat, så kommer det som fortynningsmiddel for omsetningen ifølge oppfinnelsen fortrinnsvis på tale alkoholer som isopropanol, eller inerte hydrokarboner som benzen. Reaksjonstemperaturene kan igjen var-ieres i et stort område; vanligvis arbeider man mellom 20 og 120°C, fortrinnsvis ved 50 til 100°C. For gjennomføring av reaksjonen anvender man på 1 mol av ketonet med formel (I) ca. 0,3 til 2 mol aluminiumisopropylat.. For isolering av den reduserte forbindelse med formel (I) fjernes
overskytende oppløsningsmiddel i vakuum,og den dannede aluminiumforbindelse spaltes med fortynnet svovelsyre eller natronlut. Den videre opparbeidelse foregår på vanlig måte.
For fremstilling av syreaddisjonssaltene av forbindelsene med formel (I) kommer det på tale alle fysiologisk tålbare syrer. Hertil hører fortrinnsvis halogeri-hydrogen-syrene som f.eks. klorhydrogensyre og bromhydrogensyre, spesielt klorhydrogensyre, videre fosforsyre, salpetersyre, svovelsyre, mono- og bifunksjonelle karboksylsyrer og hydroksykarboksylsyrer som f.eks. eddiksyre, maleinsyre, ravsyre, fumarsyre, vinsyre, sitronsyre, salicylsyre, sorbin-syre, melkesyre, samt sulfonsyrer som f.eks. p-toluensulfon-syre og 1,5-naftalindisulfonsyre.
Saltene av forbindelsene med formel (I) kan på enkel måte fås etter vanlig saltdannelsesmetoder, f.eks. ved opp-løsning av en forbindelse med formel (I) i et egnet inert oppløsningsmiddel og tilsetning av syre, f.eks. klorhydrogensyre, og isoleres på kjent måte f.eks. ved frafiltrering og eventuelt renses ved vasking med et inert organisk oppløs-ningsmiddel eller ved omkrystallisering.
For fremstilling av metallsalt-komplekser av forbindelsen med formel II) kommer det fortrinnsvis på tale salter av metaller fra det periodiske system II. til IV. hoved-gruppe eller I. og II. samt IV. til VIII. bigruppe, idet kopper, zink, mangan, magnesium, tinn, jern og nikkel skal nevnes eksempelvis. Som anioner av salter kommer det i betraktning slike som avleder seg fra fysiologiske syrer. Hertil hører fortrinnsvis halogenhydrogensyrene som f.eks. klorhydrogensyre og bromhydrogensyre, videre fosforsyre, salpetersyre og svovelsyre.
Metallsaltkompleksene av forbindelsene med formel
(I) kan fås på enkel måte etter vanlige fremgangsmåter, således f-.eks. ved oppløsning av metallsaltet i alkohol, f.eks. etanol, og tilsetning til forbindelsen med formel (I). Man kan isolere metallsaltkomplekset på kjent måte f.eks. ved frafiltrering og eventuelt rense ved omkrystallisering.
De virksomme stoffer ifølge oppfinnelsen har en sterkt mikrobisid virkning og kan i praksis anvendes til bekjempelse av uønskede mikroorganismer. De virksomme stoffer er egnet for bruk som plantebeskyttelsesmiddel.
Fungiside midler i plantebeskyttelse anvendes til bekjempelse av plasmodioforomycetes, oomycetes, kytridio-mycetes, zygomycetes, askomycetes, basidiomycetes, deutero-mycetes.
Den gode plantéforenlighet av de virksomme stoffer i de konsentrasjoner som er nødvendig til bekjempelse av plante-sykdommer muliggjør en behandling av plantedeler over jorden, av plante- og frøgods og jorden.
Som plantebeskyttelsesmiddel kan de virksomme stoffer ifølge oppfinnelsen med spesielt godt resultat anvendes til bekjempelse av agurkmeldugg (Erysiphe cichoracearum), samt kornsykdommer som mot kornmeldugg, kornrust og byggmeldugg. Det er å fremheve at de virksomme stoffer ifølge oppfinnelsen ikke bare utfolder en protektiv virkning, men er også virksomme systemisk. Således lykkes det å beskytte planter mot sopp-angrep, når man tilfører detvirksomme stoff over jorden og røttene eller over frøgodset til plantens deler over jorden.
De virksomme stoffer kan overføres i de vanlige formuleringer som oppløsninger, emulsjoner, suspensjoner, pulver, skum, pasta, granulater, aerosoler, virksomt stoff-impregnerte natur- og. syntetiske stoffer, fineste innkapslinger i polymere stoffer og i hylsemasser for frøgods, videre i formuleringer med brennsatser som røkepatroner, -esker, -spiraler o.l., samt ULV-kold- og varmfortåkningsformuler-inger.
Disse formuleringer fremstilles på kjent måte f.eks. ved sammenblanding av de virksomme stoffer med dreiemidler, altså flytende oppløsningsmidler, under trykk stående
flytendegjorte gasser og/eller faste bærestoffer, eventuelt under anvendelse av overflateaktive midler, altså emulgerings-midler og/eller dispergeringsmidler og/eller skumfrembringende midler. I tilfelle anvendelse av vann som dreiemidler. kan det f.eks. også anvendes organiske oppløsningsmidler som hjelpeoppløsningsmidler. Som flytende' oppløsningsmidler kommer det i det vesentlige på tale: aromater som xylen, toluen, eller alkylnaftaliner, klorerte aromater eller klorerte alifatiske hydrokarboner som klorbenzener, klor-etylener eller metylenklorid, alifatiske hydrokarboner som cykloheksan eller parafiner, f.eks. jordoljefraksjoner, alkoholer, f.eks. butanol eller glykol samt deres etere og estere, ketoner som aceton, metyletylketon, metylisobutyl-keton eller cykloheksanon, sterkt polaré oppløsningsmidler som dimetylformamid og dimetylsulfoksyd, samt vann. Med flytendegjorte, gassformede dreiemidler eller bærestoffer er det ment slike væsker som er gassformet ved normal temperatur og under normalt trykk, f.eks. aerosol-drivgasser som halogenhydrokarboner samtbutan, propan, nitrogen og karbon-dioksyd; som faste bærestoffer kommer det på tale: F.eks. naturlig steinmel som kaoliner, leirejord, talkum, kritt, kvarts, attapulgit, montmorillonit og diatomé jord og syntetisk steinmel, som høydispers kiselsyre, aluminiumoksyd og silikater; som faste bærestoffer for granulater kommer, det på tale: F.eks. brutt og fraksjonert naturlig sten som kalsit, marmor, pimpsten, sepiolit, dolomit samt syntetiske granulater av uorganisk og organisk mel samt granulater av organisk material som sagflis, kokosnøttskall, maiskolber og tobakkstengler; som emulgerings- og/eller skumfrembringende midler kommer det på tale: F.eks. ikke-ionogene og anioniske emulgatorer som polyoksyetylen-fettsyreestere, polyoksy-
etylen-féttalkoholetere, f.eks. alkylarylpolyglykol-etere, alkylsulfonater alkylsulfater, arylsulfonater samt eggehvite-hydrolysater; som dispergeringsmiddel kommer det på tale:
F.eks. lignin-sulfitavlut og metylcellulose.
Det kan i formuleringene anvendes klebemidler som karboksymetylcellulose, naturlig og syntetisk pulverformet, kornet eller lateksformet polymere som gummiarabikum, poly-vinylalkohol, polyvinylacetat.
Det kan anvendes fargestoffer som uorganiske pigmenter, f.eks. jernoksyd, titanoksyd, ferrocyanblå og organiske fargestoffer som alizarin-, azol-metallftalocyanin-fargestoffer og sporenæringsstoffer som salter av jern, mangan, bor kopper, kobolt, molybden og zink.
Formuleringene inneholder vanligvis mellom 0,1 og
95 vektprosent virksomt stoff, fortrinnsvis mellom 0,5 og 90%.
De virksomme stoffer ifølge oppfinnelsen kan foreligge i formuleringene eller i de forskjellige anvendelsesformer i blanding med andre kjente virksomme stoffer, som fungisider, bakterisider, insektisider, akarisider, nemati-sider, harbisider, beskyttelsesstoffer mot fugleangrep, vekststoffer, plantenæringsstoffer og jordstrukturforbedrings-midler.
De virksomme stoffer kan anvendes, som sådanne i form av deres formuleringer eller av de herav ved ytterligere for-tynning tilberedte anvendelsesformer som bruksferdige opp-løsninger, emulsjoner, suspensjoner, pulvere, pastaer og granulater. Anvendelsen foregår på vanlig måte f.eks. ved helling, dypping, sprøyting, forstøvning, fortåkning, for-dampning, injisering, oppslemning, stryking, bestøvning, strøing, tørrbeising, fuktebeising, våtbeising, slambeising eller inkrustering.
Ved behandling av plantedeler kan de virksomme stoffkonsentrasjoner i anvendelsesformene varieres i et stort område. De ligger vanligvis mellom 1 og 0,0001 vektprosent, fortrinnsvis mellom 0,5 og 0,001%.
Ved frøgodsbehandlingen kreves vanligvis virksomme stoffmengder på 0,001 til 50 g pr. kg frøgods, fortrinnsvis 0,01 til 10 g.
Ved behandling av jorden er det nødvendig med virksomme stoffkonsentrasjoner ved fra 0,00001 til 0,1 vektprosent, fortrinnsvis fra 0,0001 til 0,02 % av virksomt stoff.
I de følgende eksempler anvendes de nedenfornevnte forbindelser som sammenligningsstoffer:
Eksemgel_A
Sprossbehandlingsprøve/kornmeldugg/protektiv (bladødelegg-ende mykose)
For fremstilling av en egnet virksom stofftilberedning opptar man 0,25 vektdeler virksomt stoff .i 25 vektdeler dimetylformamid og 0,06 vektdeler emulgator (alkyl-aryl-polyglykoleter) og tilsetter 975 vektdeler vann. Konsentratet fortynner man med vann til sprøytevæskens ønskede slutt-konsentrasjon.
For undersøkelse på protektiv virkning sprøyter man enbladede bygg-ungplanter av typen Amsel duggfuktig med den virksomme stofftilberedning. 'Etter tørkning bestøver man byggplantene med sporer av Erysiphe graminis var.hordei.
Etter 6 dagers oppholdstid av plantene ved en temperatur på 21-22°C og en luftfuktighet på 80-90% vurderer man plantenes angrep med melduggpustler. Angrepsgraden uttrykkes i prosent av angrep av ubehandlede kontrollplanter. Derved betyr 0% intet angrep og 100% den sammen angrepsgrad som ved ubehandlede kontroller. Det virksomme stoff er desto virksommere jo mindre melduggangrepet er.
Ved denne prøve viser f.eks. følgende forbindelser meget god virkning som er overlegen overfor forbindelsene av de fra teknikkens stand kjente forbindelser (A),. (B), (C) og (D): Forbindelser ifølge fremstillingseksemplene 1,2,3,4, 5,6,7,8,9,10,14,15,17 og 18.

Byggmelduggprøve (Erysiphe graminis var.hordei)/system
(soppaktig kornsprossykdom)
Anvendelsen av de virksomme stoffer foregår som pulverformet frøgodsbehandlingsmiddel. De fremstilles ved dreiing av det virksomme stoff med en blanding av like vektdeler talkum og kiselgur til en finpulverisert blanding med den ønskede virksomme stoffkonsentrasjon.
Til frøgodsbehandlirig ryster man byggfrøgods med dét utdreiede virksomme stoff i en lukket glassflaske. Frøgodset sår man med 3x12 korn i blomsterpotter 2 cm dypt i en blanding av en volumdel Fruhstorfer enhetsjord og en volumdel kvartssand. Kimingen og oppveksten foregår under gunstige betingelser i veksthus. 7. dag etter utsåing, når byggplantene har utfoldet sitt første blad, bestøves de med friske sporer av Erysiphe graminis var.hordei og videre-kultiveres ved 21-22°C og 80-90% relativ luftfuktighet og 16-timers belys-ning. I løpet av 6 dager danner det seg på bladene de typiske melduggpustler.
Angrepsgraden uttrykkes i prosent av angrep på ubehandlede kontrollplanter. Således betyr 0% intet angrep og 100% den samme angrepsgrad som ved ubehandlede kontroller. Det virksomme stoff er desto virksommere jo mindre melduggangrepet er.
Ved denne prøve viser f.eks. de følgende forbindelsene en meget god virkning som er overlegen virkningen av de fra teknikkens stand kjente forbindelser (B), (C) og (E): Forbindelser i henhold til fremstillingseksemplene: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,10,14,15 og 17.
Eksemp_el_C
Man sammenblander den for den ønskede virksomme stoffkonsentrasjon i sprøytevæsken nødvendige virksomme mengde med den angitte oppløsningsmiddelmengde og fortynner konsentratet med den angitte vannmengde som inneholder de nevnte tilsetninger.
Med sprøytevæske sprøyter man unge agurkplanter med ca. tre løvblad inntil dråpefuktighet. Agurkplantene forblir for tørkning 2 4 timer.i veksthus. Deretter bestøves de for inokulasjon med konidier av soppen Erysiphe cichoracearum. Planten oppstilles deretter ved 23 til 24°C og en relativ luftfuktighet på ca. 75% i veksthus.
Etter 12 dager bestemmes angrepet på 'agurkplanten.
De oppnådde vurderingsverdier omregnes i prosent angrep. .0% betyr intet angrep, 100% betyr at planten er fullstendig:angrepet.
Ved denne prøve viser f.eks. følgende forbindelser en meget god virkning som er overlegen virkningen av den . fra teknikkens stand kjente forbindelse (F): Forbindelser ifølge fremstillingseksemplene: 1,2,3, 4,5,6,7,8,14,15,16 og 17.
Eksempe<l>_<1>_
87 g (0,27 mol) 1-brom-1-(4-klorfenoksy)-3,3-dimetyl-4-fluor-2-butanon oppløses i 200 ml aceton og. dryppes til en kokende oppløsning av 46 g (0,66 mol) 1,2,4-triazol i 200 ml aceton. Etter en times oppvarmning under tilbakeløp fjernes oppløsningsmiddelet i vakuum, residuet opptas i metylenklorid, vaskes flere ganger med vann, og den organiske fase tørkes over natriumsulfat. Etter fjerning av oppløsningsmiddelet i vakuum, krystalliseres residuet med petroleter.
Man får 75 g (89% av det teoretiske) 1-(4-klor-fenoksy)-3,3-dimetyl-4-fluor-1-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2-butanon og smeltepunkt 60-63°C.
Fremstilling_av_f orf orbindelsen^
175 g (0,71 mol) 1 -(4-klorfenoksy)-3,3-dimetyl-4-fluor-2-butanon oppløses i 500 ml metylenklorid og blandes ved 20. til 30°C under omrøring og avkjøling dråpevis med 114 g (0,71 mol) brom. Det etteromrøres 2 timer ved 20°C, blandes forsiktig med 200 ml vann, metylenkloridfasen vaskes flere ganger med isvann og tørkes over natriumsulfat..
Etter avdestillering av oppløsningsmiddelet i vakuum omkrystalliseres residuet fra cykloheksan. Man får 180 g (78% av det teoretiske) 1-brom-1-(4-klorfenoksy)-3,3-dimetyl-4-fluor-2-butanon av smeltepunkt 73-75°C.
Til en omrørt blanding av 102 g (0,79 mol) p-klorfenol og 110 g (0,79 mol) pulverisert kaliumkarbonat i 500 ml aceton tildryppes under avkjøling ved 20 til 30°C 157 g.
(0,79 mol) 1-brom-3,3-dimetyl-4-fluor-2-butanon. Det etter-omrøres 2 timer ved 20°C, det organiske salt frafiltreres og filtratet inndampes. Residuet destilleres i høyvakuum. Man får 175 g (90% av det teoretiske) 1-(4-klorfenoksy)-3,3-dimetyl-4-fluor-2-butanon av kokepunkt 112-119<Q>C/0,05 mm Hg-søyle
I en blanding av 354 g (3 mol) 3,3-dimetyl-4-fluor-2-butanon og 2000 ml eter inndryppes ved 20 til 30°C under avkjøling og omrøring 480 g brom langsomt. Den gulaktige oppløsning etteromrøres ennå 1 time ved 20°C og blandes deretter forsiktig med 500 ml vann. Eterfasen adskilles, vaskes flere ganger med vann og tørkes over natriumsiilf at. Etter avdestillering av oppløsningsmiddelet destilleres residuet i vannstrålevakuum. Man får 472 g (80%. av det . teoretiske) 1-brom-3,3-dimetyl-4-fluor-2-butanon av kokepunkt 80-90°C/11 mm Hg-søyle.
Til en i en trehalset rørekolbe med nedadgående kjøler befinnende suspensjon av 23,2 g (0,4 mol) tørr kaliumfluorid i 400 ml destillert tetraetylenglykol inndryppes ved 16 0°C og 20 mbar 38,8 g (0,2 mol) 2,2-dimetyl-2-oksobutyl-metansulfonat i løpet av 2 timer og etteromrøres 2 ytterligere timer. På en nedadgående kondensator og en etterkoblet lavkjølkuldefelle kondenseres og samles det herav destillerte reaksjonsprodukt. Man får 20,9 g (89% av det teoretiske) 3,3-dimety1-4-fluor-2-butanon av kokepunkt 130-134°C.
232 g (2 mol) 3,3-dimetyl-4-hydroksy-2-butanon (for fremstilling sammenlign Beilstein H 1 E III 3239, IV 4030
og Bull.Soc.Chim.France 1964, 2849) omsettes i 700 ml absolutt-pyridin ved 0 til"5°C med 229 g (2 mol) metansulfoklorid. Etter 12 timers henstand ved 20°C fortynnes med metylenklorid og utrystes med isvann. Den organiske fase tørkes, befris for oppløsningsmiddelet i vakuum og fraksjoneres over en kolonne. Man får 332 g (86% av det teoretiske) 2,2-dimetyl-
3-okso-butyl-metansulfonat av kokepunkt 106-120°C/0,12 mm Hg-søyle.
Eksempel_2
55 g (0,176 mol) 1 -(4-klorfenoksy)-4-fluor-3,3-dimetyl-1 -.(1 , 2 , 4-triazol-1 -yl) -2-butanon (eksempel 1 ) opp-løses i 250 ml metanol og blandes porsjonsvis med 3 g
(0,08 mol) natriumborhydrid. Man lar reaksjonsoppløsningen etteromrøre i 1 time og innstiller den da med konsentrert saltsyre på en pH-verdi på 3. Etter avdestillering av opp-løsningsmiddelet i vakuum, blandes residuet med vann og utrystes med metylenklorid. De forenede organiske faser tørkes over natriumsulfat og .inndampes i vakuum. Residuet krystalliseres med petroleter. Man får 40 g (72% av det teoretiske) 1 -(4-klorfenoksy)-4-fluor-3,3-dimetyl-1-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2 butanol av smeltepunkt 103-112°C.

Eksemp_el_4 82 g (0,286 mol) 3,3-bisfluormetyl-1-brom-1-(4-klor-- fenoksy)-butan-2-on og 41,5 g (0,588 mol) triazol has i 600-ml acetonitril., oppvarmes 5 timer ved 50°C, oppløsningsmiddelet fjernes i yannstrålevakuum, residuet opptas i en liter metylenklorid og vaskes to ganger med hver gang 1000 ml vann, den organiske fase tørkes over natriumsulfat og oppløsnings-middelet avdestilleres. Residuet opptas i 500 ml diisopropyl-eter og utfellingen frasuges. Man får 6 g 3,3-bisfluormetyl-1 -(4-klorfenoksy)-1-(1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)-butan-2-on
(eksempel 3) av smeltepunkt 119-122°C. Moderluten destilleres. Man får 32,1 g (40% av det teoretiske) 3,3-bisfluormetyl-1-(4-klorfenoksy)-1 -(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-butan-2-on (eksempel .4) av kokepunkt 160-166°C/0,2 mm Hg-søyle.

I en trehalset kolbe med rører, dryppetrakt og Liebig-kjøler med kjølt forlag has 400 ml tetraetylenglykol og 4 6,4 g kaliumfluorid (0,8 mol) og oppvarmes til 170°C. Man anlegger på Liebig-kjølerens forstøt et vannstrålevakuum (trykk ca. 20 til 30 mbar). Deretter tildryppes i løpet av 45 minutter 57,6 g (0,2 mol) 2-acety1-2-mety1-propan-1,3-diol-bismetansulfonat oppløst i 100 ml tetraetylenglykol.. Det dannede 3 , 3-bisf luormetyl-butan-2-on avdestilléres under reaksjonen i det avkjølte forlag. Etter tildrypning videre-destilleres ennå i 1 time ved 175°C.
Det oppfangede destillat redestilleres deretter. Man får 14 g (ca. 51,5% av det teoretiske) 3,3-bisfluor-metyl-butan-2-on av kokepunkt 43-46°C/12 mm Hg-søyle. 66 g (0,5 mol) 3-oksa-2,2-bis-(hydroksymetyl)-butan (for fremstilling sammenlign Beilstein H 1, E III 3306,
IV 4132 og J. Chem.Soc.,London, 1932,.2671) oppløses i 300 ml 1,2-dikloretan, 114,5 g (1 mol) metansulfonsyreklorid tildryppes, og ved 0. til 5°C tildryppes 158 g (2 mol) pyridin. Man lar det etteromrøre 15 timer ved værelsetemperatur og har deretter blandingen på 600 ml isvann og 100 ml konsentrert saltsyre. Derved utfelles et faststoff som frasuges. Den vandige fase ekstraheres med 1000 ml metylenklorid; i metylenklorid-fasen oppløses det faste stoff, den organiske fase tørkes over natriumsulfat, oppløsningsmiddelet avdestilléres i vannstrålevakuum og residuet suspenderes i 200 ml eter. Residuet frasuges og vaskes med 100 ml eter. Man får 100 g (ca. 70% av det teoretiske) 2-acetyl-2-metyl-propan-1,3-diol-bis-metansulfonat av smeltepunkt 105-108°C.
