Abstract
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte og en anordning for filtrering av prosessgass dannet i ferrolegerings smelteprosess en, dvs. karbonmonoksidgass, for vesentlig å redusere mengden av faststoffer i gassen. I filtreringsenheten (24) blir gass som inneholder faststoffer ledet gjennom i det minste ett filtreringselement (7), inertgassblåsing (8) blir ledet til filtreringselementet (7) for å løsne det faste materialet fra overflaten av filtreringselementet (7), og for å fjerne fra filtreringsenheten (24) det faste materialet løsnet fra overflaten av filtreringselementet (7), idet det faste materialet blir gjort til slam ved hjelp av væskemating (11) inn i filtreringsenheten (24). Slammet som inneholder det faste materialet blir fjernet fra filtreringsenheten (24) gjennom et utløpskammer (12). Filtreringsenheten (24) inkluderer et filtreringskammer (1) og et utløpskammer (12), som er mekanisk forbundet med filtreringskammeret, så vel som en utløpsledning (6) for faststoffene filtrert fra gassen, og filtreringskammeret (1) er tilveiebrakt med minst ett filtreringselement (7) for separasjon av faststoffene fra gassen og minst én dyse (8, 11) for utløp av de filtrerte faststoffene fra filtreringskammeret (1).
