Abstract

MÉTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA FILTRAÇÃO DE GÁS DE PROCESSO. A invenção se refere a um método e a um dispositivo para filtração de um gás de processo gerado no monóxido de carbono, a fim de substancialmente reduzir o teor de sólidos no gás. Na unidade de filtração (24), o gás contendo sólidos é conduzido através de pelo menos um elemento de filtração (7), em que um sopro de gás inerte (8) é dirigido para o dito elemento de filtração (7), com o objetivo de destacar o material sólido da superfície do mesmo e também remover da unidade de filtração (24) o material sólido destacado da superfície do elemento de filtração (7), em que o material sólido é homogeneizado por meio de um líquido alimentado (11) dentro da unidade de filtração (24). A lama contendo o material sólido é removida da unidade de filtração (24) através de uma câmara de descarga (12). A unidade de filtração (24) inclui uma câmara de filtração (1) e uma câmara de descarga (12) que é mecanicamente conectada à câmara de filtração, assim como, um conduto de descarga (6) para os sólidos filtrados do gás, e a câmara de filtração (1) é provida de pelo menos um elemento de filtração (7) para separação dos sólidos do gás, e de pelo menos um bocal (8, 11) para descarga dos sólidos filtrados da câmara de filtração (1).
